Room: clean room, beds were decent, room temp was even and we stayed warm (on a cold night). It wasn't drafty and didn't have cold spots.
Breakfast: The breakfast was great! They have food stations with full oatmeal, waffle, and omelet bars with sausage, fruit, juices, coffee toast, bagels, and cereals. The Denver omelet was very good
Access: Keycards - every person. You cannot ride the elevator or get in and out of the facility without it. Different people going to different floors must still swipe their card.
Parking: It costs $20 per night for their parking garage, and is added to your room. They give you a green card to place in the window of your vehicle, and you use it and your room card to gain entry and exit.
Front desk store: There is a small selection of chips (mostly Doritoes) and drinks, popcorn bags, and a few candy bars for sale. There were no pharmacy items.
Location: The BOK Center is just across the street. The parking garage has indoor access to the Ti Amo Italian restaurant.
Walkable and Safety: Everything is 'right there', either in the same block or across the street. Well-lit streets, security visible and present.
Food: Ti Amo Restaurant, the Arena Bar & Grill are also next to the hotel. Arrive early - they don't take reservations on event nights. Go at 4:30 or 5.

Great location, super convenient for BOK. Clean and nice room, very hot water. Only downside was tv was not working but I’m sure they would have fixed it, but we weren’t in the room long enough to bother.

The hotel claims free breakfast with it being out of everything! The overnight staff was terrible very unfriendly and couldn’t ask a question! Would never stay again

We stayed here for an event at BOK and will definitely stay with them again. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and many good breakfast selections.

Booked 2 nights and they olny showed 1 , rate changed for 2nd night , room not cleaned , very poor parking ( not enough spaces ) .
