Very clean hotel. plenty of amenities for family travel and the staff was friendly. But the walls are thin, we could hear dogs barking and noise from the room above us. Still a great place to stay and I will stay here again!

房间不错，宽大整洁舒适，早餐差点没啥吃的。
一切都很棒
我正要睡着，烟雾探测器的电池就开始哔哔作响。工作人员直到第二天才有人来修。我晚上10点30分退房，没有退款，然后预订了另一家酒店。工作人员的回应是……“我知道那会很烦人”……它每5分钟就哔哔一次。真让人沮丧，他们竟然没有工作人员来做小维修，本来可以解决这个问题，让我可以在那里住一晚。
我们一共住了三个房间。第一个房间电视坏了，所以他们帮我们换了房间；第二个房间老鼠屎多，老鼠造成的损坏也严重；第三个房间也不太好，但当时已经很晚了，我们还有3个小孩。体验太糟糕了。
这家酒店太棒了！我们爱死这家酒店了。真是个烂透了的*******。我们再也不通过*******预订了！*******在预订时就把我们的钱收走了，然后试图用被拒的信用卡支付。我们到达酒店时已经很累了，正准备入住，结果却不得不在大厅里打电话，电话大部分时间都处于等待状态，*******等着问题解决后我们才能入住。他们最终解决了问题，但却没有提供任何补救措施来弥补巨大的不便。
