Rooms are good. Water pressure in shower was not. Hot tub and pool seemed nice but the overwhelming stench was so bad someone called the fire department thinking it was a gas leak (it was not). Staff was friendly but didn't seemed concerned about it. Which I found odd because it was a very obnoxious order? We were there because of the hospital and decided to get the hospital rate at another hotel, theres plenty to choose from.

房间不错，宽大整洁舒适，早餐差点没啥吃的。

我正要睡着，烟雾探测器的电池就开始哔哔作响。工作人员直到第二天才有人来修。我晚上10点30分退房，没有退款，然后预订了另一家酒店。工作人员的回应是……“我知道那会很烦人”……它每5分钟就哔哔一次。真让人沮丧，他们竟然没有工作人员来做小维修，本来可以解决这个问题，让我可以在那里住一晚。
我们一共住了三个房间。第一个房间电视坏了，所以他们帮我们换了房间；第二个房间老鼠屎多，老鼠造成的损坏也严重；第三个房间也不太好，但当时已经很晚了，我们还有3个小孩。体验太糟糕了。
这家酒店太棒了！我们爱死这家酒店了。真是个烂透了的*******。我们再也不通过*******预订了！*******在预订时就把我们的钱收走了，然后试图用被拒的信用卡支付。我们到达酒店时已经很累了，正准备入住，结果却不得不在大厅里打电话，电话大部分时间都处于等待状态，*******等着问题解决后我们才能入住。他们最终解决了问题，但却没有提供任何补救措施来弥补巨大的不便。
