夜间噪音过大

糟糕的酒店,出于原则,我以后不会再住这里了。我刚到酒店时,工作人员很友好,但我多次去前台寻求帮助,却始终无人值守——有几次不得不等了十分钟才有人回来。但这还不是最糟糕的部分。
我来城里出差,抵达的当晚和几个熟人一起吃了晚饭。回到房间,我发现床头柜上放着一枚10美分的耳塞,我猜想这是为了应对人来人往的场景,毕竟酒店在市中心。“没什么大不了的,”我心想,我在纽约住了几年,想睡觉的时候有点噪音不会打扰我。然而,凌晨1点,我被酒店隔壁一家露天夜总会的喧闹音乐吵醒,才发现我的假设是错误的。我戴上了便宜的耳塞,但低音实在太响了,直到凌晨2点半才得以入睡。当我打电话到前台告知他们隔壁有个户外夜总会时(事后我为自己讽刺的语气感到内疚,当时我正困倦又暴躁),前台员工回复说:“我们非常清楚这一点。”
这说明两点:(1) 他们以前也收到过类似的投诉;(2) 尽管他们知道这个问题,但他们根本没有提前告知客人任何不便之处。网站上没有任何地方列出这个问题,客人入住时也没有任何警示标志,办理入住的工作人员也对此只字未提;你
靠近图森的夜总会
体验不错,服务也不错。不含早餐,而且由于周围都是酒吧和餐厅,周末可能会比较吵。
不错,但是工作人员很糟糕,问题很多,我只住了一晚,他们就想收我五晚的房费。
总体来说,这次入住体验很棒!干净、友好、交通便利。唯一不太满意的是车库是上坡的,不过这已经是无法改变的了。尽管如此,停车位还是很大很宽敞,停车很舒服!
入住时间是下午3点。我们在大堂等到4点才终于准备好一个房间。房间里没有酒店、周边区域或其他信息,例如餐厅、商店等信息。房间里没有舒适的椅子。双人房里有一把椅子,可以让你坐在地上,还有一把椅子可以放在桌子上。客房服务人员没有更换当天快用完的物品。年轻的工作人员很亲切、礼貌,并尽力提供帮助。他们是最棒的。总的来说,这次住宿不值这个价钱。
近乎完美
