1. 酒店位置好,地处富人区。既与Hilton Garden Inn共享一幢大楼的公共资源(如停车场),又分别有各自的大堂、餐厅,管理有序;
2. 步行2分钟就有一个商业中心,其中有家中餐厅(Baoding Restaurant)环境及菜品不错;
3. 房型设计宽大舒适,干净卫生;
4. 服务态度好;
5.早餐时间在给房卡时有提醒,早餐品种丰富。
酒店还行
入住手续的友好程度充其量只能说是一般。房间就是典型的酒店房间,清洁度也一般。在PGA赛事周末,酒吧/餐厅只有一位调酒师/服务员。酒吧区和座位都坐满了,有人因为服务差而中途退场。周六,我们离开时,15分钟内都没有服务,那位女士一直在和人聊天,对服务顾客漠不关心。周日,那位男士很忙,但酒吧里还是挤满了人,就只有他一个人。
即使被要求清理,也还是不太干净,直到第三次才有所改善,但仍然不够干净。工作人员不够专业,无法发现错误。
酒店很棒,位置优越。房间宽敞明亮。
含早餐。
我们已经来过两次了。
设施总体来说状况良好,但我的房间存在一些维护问题;墙壁暖通空调没有牢固地安装到墙上,看起来就像有人试图站在或坐在上面,上面的窗帘也被弄坏了。

入住噩梦
抵达希尔顿酒店 (HS) 后,经过六个半小时的车程,我被告知房间超售,没有房间了。我向工作人员展示了我预付了三晚房费的房间,我有权预订一间房。他离开去见他的经理,15分钟后才回来。然后他告诉我还有房间,但客房服务人员5点就离开了,还没有打扫房间(记住,现在是晚上9点15分)。直到我坚决反对,工作人员才回去再次打电话给他的经理,让他15分钟后再回来,然后他告诉我还有一间空房。10分钟后,我再次询问我的房间,他说:“哦,你得去另一边(隔壁的希尔顿酒店),他们会帮你安排的。”
