We stayed here for a wedding weekend and had a wonderful experience. After driving for over 8 hours, we were so grateful to be able to check in 1.5 hours early. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even making sure our room was adjacent to our friends, which made things so much easier, especially with an event that evening. The room was very clean and comfortable, and overall, the hotel provided everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Very happy with the service and would absolutely stay here again!

The room was comfortably equipped and we had no issues other than it is a bit run down and was not as clean as we expect from a large chain. We had to ask for a second room because the first room had a very must smell. My wife was not comfortable taking her shoes off because of the dirty floor.

Not for light sleepers
It’s very loud at night. You can hear people walking up and down the hallway all night. The bed was okay, but it felt like sand in the sheets.

paint covering shower walls? floor tile separated, bathrooms are worn. Im sure 15 years ago it was a stellar place but there is no obvious intent to modify rooms. It's a place to lay your head down. but what flagged me that they know a room's demise was the small sign that stated if a guests rates a 10 you receive a 1000 points on your membership program; appears to be a bribe. The front lobby is ok but the rooms need some 'comfort'. this rating is realistic.

How are handicapped accessible rooms defined?
I reserved an “accessible” room. The room was lovely but was NOT accessible. The toilet seat was quite low and lacked a grab bar on the adjacent wall. There was a grab bar in the tub but not positioned where needed. And the bed was so high that I had to call the desk and request a step stool so I could get on it.

A couple times we entered or left we there was nobody at the desk. The biggest issue we had was it was summer and our room was so humid with the AC on that the sheets felt damp. We had to turn the heat on the dry the dampness but then it was too warm.

Hotel was so amazing that we stayed at the same hotel on our way to Mackinac Island and our way back home. Only issue was the temperature in the lobby. It was quite chilly. Would recommend to everyone

Attention to details lacking overnight. I suggest cleaning coffee and juice dispensers. Taste was off.
