Only 2 each towels, washcloths etc. Thermostat was difficult to figure out and we spent a couple hours being chilly before we gave up and called for help. The person at the desk did come up and fix it promptly, and as well, offered and gave us extra blankets. They were very helpful. The snacks and are super expensive, so be sure to stop and get supplies before you go there. No place is that close to the hotel.

Heating/cooling system in room 225 was not functioning as it should. It was not able to maintain anything close to setpoint temperature. It was either heating til too hot or cooling til too cold. Forced me to get up several times overnight to flip from heat to cool or vice versa. Dreadful experience.

Staff was rude. The key pad for the room was out of battery and the key did not work and I had to go to the front desk at 1 am 3 times and he finally gave me another room. Room was not cleaned.
This was the worst Holiday inn experience.

Road noise was pretty bad, and walls are thin. Bed was okay, things were clean but the room didn’t smell great.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend and had a wonderful experience. After driving for over 8 hours, we were so grateful to be able to check in 1.5 hours early. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even making sure our room was adjacent to our friends, which made things so much easier, especially with an event that evening. The room was very clean and comfortable, and overall, the hotel provided everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Very happy with the service and would absolutely stay here again!

The room was comfortably equipped and we had no issues other than it is a bit run down and was not as clean as we expect from a large chain. We had to ask for a second room because the first room had a very must smell. My wife was not comfortable taking her shoes off because of the dirty floor.

Not for light sleepers
It’s very loud at night. You can hear people walking up and down the hallway all night. The bed was okay, but it felt like sand in the sheets.
