Very nice stay with friendly staff. We were disappointed that we were unable to get local TV stations. We were unable to view the prime time college football game on ABC. Have never experienced that in other hotel stays. Everything else was very good to excellent.

So, Nathaniel in the mornings for breakfast made our trip!! He was amazing and made sure everyone was cared for. That their food was hot and your coffee was top notch. We will be back just to visit him!

not terrible, but could be better
First room had a loud mechanical noise coming from ceiling area. Second room was better.
Breakfast needs to be open earlier. at least toast and simple items like fruit and individual yogurt. We had to delay our planned leave time to wait on breakfast. Then, there were no individual yogurts with various flavors, just plain generic stuff squirting out of some generic machine... However, the guy tending to breakfast was very nice.
Nothing was "terrible," but just a little disappointing for one of the more expensive places to stay in Muskogee OK.

The staff are wonderful. There was a 1 AM fire alarm after heavy rain. The system malfunctioned several times but the staff had great communication with the guests in a stressful situation and handled it wonderfully.
