Room was clean and staff was friendly. It was a little dated and the pillows were horrible, but overall not bad.

Overnight Stay
We had a short but pleasant overnight stay. A young lady who checked us in at the front desk had an excellent customer service etiquette and made us feel welcome and comfortable to meet our needs.

The cleaning staff was friendly & efficient.
The front staff do not answer the phone consistently. I tried to call to verify ******* modification, but no one answered. They answered ******* customer service after 3rd separate call.
The “pet are” is unsafe, dark & very little green area.

Over all would recommend, came to visit Ole Miss so really only in room to sleep, skipped breakfast. Clean mostly, little dusty in room, outdated, dark rooms, but over all good stay.

Very dirty rooms. Used shower cap in the shower, empty water bottles, hair ties, and bandaids left on floor. Had not been vacuumed. Gross air freshener smell coming from air conditioner.

Great stay for Double Decker Weekend
We came in for Double Decker. The hotel offered shuttle service to the square. We did not use but thought that was a valuable service. Room was clean. Food options near the hotel.

Missing shirt
3 hours after checking out, my wife realized she left a shirt hanging in the closet. Front desk called back and said they couldn’t find it. Hard to believe.
