There was visible dust in the lamps and dirt on the bed. There was also a gaping hole in the ceiling from a broken vent/cover. Super gross. Way too expensive for the condition this hotel is in. The breakfast was also gross with lukewarm coffee and wrapped, vending machine style danish in a basket…and a small selection of Activia yogurt in a fridge. My daughter wanted the hot chocolate that was out but there was no hot water provided.

Getting a hotel room during ski season is hard.....and expensive. Overall this is a good option for the money ($180 for a Monday night stay) but if they would just fix a few things the experience would be better. More breakfast variety. Give juice at breakfast, not just coffee. Fix the hot tub jets. Go room to room and do minor cosmetic repairs i.e. loose tiles, paint scratches, broken lampshades etc.

Filthy rooms. Filthy hotel. Layers of dust on every thing in the room. Multiple sticky cup rings on all the flat surfaces. Dog and human hair all over the carpet in the room. Black finger print smears on light switches and air unit surface. Used ear plugs in the floor. Endless list of dirty complaints. Cleaned room myself with sanitizer wipes and disinfectant spray that I travel with. Over priced and in need of repairs and cleaning.

Worst hotel I've stayed in, perhaps ever. The hotel was dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. Heating system was loud and when you didn't have it on the room was cold. The pool didn't have any towels and was not really a pool, but a kiddie wading pool. The breakfast was meager and they ran out of quite a few things. The back door to the hotel was not locked and wouldn't even close properly due to icy step and snow pack. Very dangerous especially at night. Total waste of money.

I have traveled the world - stayed in hotels and camping. NEVER in my life have I seen a hotel or camping area as run down as this one. I stayed at this same hotel 6 years ago and it was OK. No excuses for the filth / dirt/ hair / finger nails etc and broken / not working items in the rooms. This is also the very first review I have ever given of anything - STAY AWAY from this hotel, even if its dirt cheap or free.
