Chicken tenders are not breakfast food. Also, the check-in lady Mackenzie is just so rude. She was sitting on the phone with a customer. tapping her nails, and just letting everyone including myself know that she was not wanting to help us and overall just annoyed of us. I simply just asked if the hotels carried water diapers, mind you it was thanksgiving so nothing was open. She rudely said no, that’s why you go to the store and get some before you come here. We asked if we could get hot water out in the lobby for the tea and she told us she couldn’t get hot water, yet the next morning there was hot water. The coffee was also cold but only when she was working. Also, the room 101 we were in had poop smeared on the bottom of the window in the bathroom and they did not clean out the freezer which had old ice cream sandwiches and frozen pizza.

Most everyone on staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was good.

The front desk staff (josh) was not helpful, ge was rude and was reported to the manager savannah. We had a second room tht she ended up taking $200 off of because of his behavior. Housekeeping did a poor job at replenishing towels and useable items. Not a great experience at all

Over all, super content with everything. Clean, easy check in and check out. Friendly staff and very nice room. We had booked a studio. Neds and the sofa bed was very comfortable.Quiet. Would definatley stay there again.

Constant running in the room above started at about 945pm. At 10:10pm we called the front desk asking if they could let the people know it was disturbing but the running continued. we called again at 11:49pm since it never stopped. Finally someone went up and it was quiet at midnight. Made for a short night with an early morning.

Upon booking it was requested to have adjoining rooms, did not get that. The front desk staff were extremely rude upon checking in. The rooms were not very clean. One had a fake eyelash found from previous guest.

The hotel was clean, there was a fire pit on outside and free tea/coffee as soon as you enter.
The passes to the waterpark were great except that after September it opens at 4 p.m. so we weren't able to make full use of it.
The staff were great and we had a great stay. There was no late checkout though.
