The room was nice and clean. Good coffee 👍..we were only able to stay one night but would stay again.

We had a nice view of the courtyard with the firepit and seating area. The jacuzzi tub and fireplace in the room was awesome. The ease of the location was great! We could just walk out of the hotel and walk directly on the ***** where all the shops and restaurants were located. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean but needs repair. The black out blind is worn out and needs to be replaced. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling apart. There is rust and cracking tiles in the bathroom.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The staff is always amazingly sweet. They always do their best to get me an early check-in and always welcome our late checkout.

If you want to be in the middle of Gatlinburg this is the place to stay. Convenient to most attractions. Very comfortable spacious rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice being able to get a night cap drink from the bar in the lobby. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok but the scrambled eggs at the buffet was cooked in a lump and the sausage didn't taste like it was quality meat.
