I appreciated being able to book a room and be checked in within 30-40 minutes and the front desk associate greeted me by name when coming in at almost midnight

This was a fantastic hotel in a great location.
Totally walkable to main strewn and all the fun but tucked behind so it is nice and quiet.
They have a local black bear that hangs out around the property - so that’s kind of cool!
Breakfast is AMAZING!! order off the menu or dine at the buffet (or a combo of both). Delicious and amazing value.
Hotel staff were very friendly and super accommodating. We wanted to add an extra night and they worked to ensure we could keep our existing room and not have to move everything to a new room (we had two rooms in our party)
The beds were very comfortable and the room was so quiet - even being close to the elevator.
Rooms were clean and the shower was awesome.
This was our first time in Gatlinburg and it was amazing! We would come back in a heartbeat!!

This was a great hotel with very accommodating staff.
We decided to stay an extra night and the staff went over and above to ensure we were able to keep our same room.
Hotel was clean, had great common spaces, fantastic breakfast and the guest laundry was an added convenience.
Close to Main Street so no need to drive anywhere.
Highly recommend.

Very high priced, one of the pricier options in Gatlinburg, yet limited amenities. Very pricey breakfast for limited options offered, you don’t get points or nights earned when booking through *******. Hilton charges for parking here also. One of the only hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Gatlinburg that overcharges and then has the audacity to charge for parking per night also. Not even free breakfast and even wanted to charge for water if you aren’t at least silver. Room seemed on the smaller side also. Bed was hard and pillows were so flimsy they flattened on laying even with two. Also the only hotel I’ve stayed at that had no extra pillows in the room. Not what I would have expected from a Hilton. Would not recommend staying here and would not stay here again.

I booked this property thru ******* for my mother and my aunts. Where to begin.....First off on ******* it showed breakfast included....not the case. It was $15/pp and then they wanted to charge extra for bacon. I called the hotel where the manager said that was a mistake on their end but she would honor it for their stay but then told them they would only give them 2 days of free breakfast (after telling me she would honor it). Then their was 2 incidents where they seen cockroaches in their room. I would not recommend this property if you are looking for a clean friendly place to lay your head.

Stress free stay.
This was our second stay at Gatlinburg’s Hilton Garden Inn. We traveled with some family members on their first trip to Smokies. They loved the hotel as much as we did. It was clean, well stocked with all the necessities that you would need. The location is ideal, with a quiet setting, yet convenient to restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Was very clean, but was highly disappointed with the hot tub & pool. The indoor pool wasn't heated. The hot tub was luke warm & only 1 jet working. A rainy Sept. night & my shower was hotter than this. Other than this a very nice place. The staff was great too
