Went to check in at 630 and room was not ready. The gentleman At front desk was very apologetic but we waited for over an hour for room to be ready with no compensation.

The room was very nice and clean. It was much larger than expected. The free breakfast with the stay was better than most hotels. We didn’t like we had to wait exactly for check in without front desk checking to see if one was available, it was only an hour early. We understand rules but they could have checked. No big deal really. We enjoyed our time at the Kansas Crossing and our overall experience with the hotel was very good.

The hotel was a disappointment, dirty shower, ripped window covers. Room above us was noisy entire stay. Staff was less than sympathetic, basically just said sorry. Will not be coming back or recommending them

Have stayed before with no issue at all. However, this trip we had quite an ant problem in our room. Still overall good stay. Just didn’t feel as “clean” this time.

The front desk gal was very rude my room was suppose to be on first floor due to health reasons but had to take a third floor room the person was very rude will not stay here again if I had not already paid for it I would have left

我5点半到酒店,房间还没准备好。入住时间是4点……前台明显很粗鲁,根本不在乎。好几个人的房间都没准备好。经理人很好,但对房间还没准备好这件事不以为然。酒店不错,房间也不错,而且很干净。我预订时还优惠了40美元。
半夜火警响了,前台却不回答是否真的发生了火灾,这让我很不开心。他们撒谎说这是凌晨 1 点到 3 点之间的“测试”,但没有人会做这样的“测试”,尤其是如果住客有心脏问题的话。从法律上讲,酒店必须告知所有住客将进行测试。我们之前曾表示,由于酒店撒谎,我们不会在那里住满剩余的已付房费,但第二天退房时才发现真相,原来是孩子们在一家应该禁止吸烟的酒店里吸电子烟。我个人希望我们不会再住在那里,如果不得不再住,我们希望夜班员工没有这样欺骗我们。这是我们遇到过的最不体贴的员工。
