We arrived to the hotel the night before Thanksgiving and there were no available rooms for the type that we had booked, we were put into a room that accommodated us, but was not ideal for the first night. The next morning, Jocelyn did everything she could to make sure that the rest of our stay was ideal. She worked with the manager to accommodate us multiple times until she was finally able to get us into the room that we had booked. Jocelyn was very helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. Amanda, the GM, was very helpful after our stay when I reached out to her as well!

Room had ripped sheets, black mold in bathroom, sliding door for bathroom was broke family kept getting stuck.
Breakfast ran out and things were next restocked.

I would’ve given all my reviews a 5, but the breakfast area had no bread to toast no yogurt after I asked if someone could refill it the girl at the front desk said “ I’m not the kitchen help but I’ll get someone to refill it lol no one ever came by.
The kitchen staff was just standing around talking.
Everything else was top tier.

去年住的感觉非常好,所以今年仍然过来。结果有些失望,房间有股味道,沙发上有味道,床单有些脏,所以整晚我们都睡在床罩上面。半夜,对门在门口电话声,隔壁的说话声,楼上的脚步声都清晰可闻,幸亏旅途很累,勉强睡了几个小时。
我提前三周用信用卡预订了无障碍客房。25号星期三我到酒店办理入住时被告知“没有空房,先到先得”。我当时就想,我之前是用信用卡预订的。她接着说:“我们把房间交给柜台人员,因为我们不知道您到不来。”我当时就震惊了。我是希尔顿荣誉客会会员,这种事在希尔顿酒店真是少见。

我感觉自己不受欢迎。所有员工都一脸怒容,态度也很糟糕。
唯一一个态度还不错的,是周六晚上值班的那位黑人女士。
周日早上我要了毛巾,但他们一直没送到我的房间。😡
水压很差。淋浴坏了。我们多次向前台反映这个问题,但一直没有得到解决。他们也不会给我们换房间。
住宿很安静,服务很好,泳池区域应该空气清新,氯气的味道很浓
臭虫!我拍了所有东西的照片,他们却声称不是酒店寄来的!他们不退款,什么也不做。
