面对主街的房间天亮了会有点刺眼 但是窗帘的遮光度还是可以的 地理位置非常好

这不是一家令人放松的高档酒店。据一位大学老师说，这家酒店已经被本科生占领了。酒店客满，噪音很大，而且没有任何服务。我问前台为什么没人来我们桌点餐，他们回答说：这只是一家凯悦酒店，我们不需要服务员，你们自己去吧台点餐和饮料。需要注意的是：50个孩子点餐，基本上要等30分钟才能拿到一杯饮料！

入住顺利。那天晚上晚些时候，我发现房间后墙上的所有东西都坏了。电视、冰箱和几盏灯都坏了。前台告诉我们，他们可以把我们安排到楼下一层的同一个房间，所以我说没问题，不用担心。到了新房间，发现只有原来的四分之一大。第二天早上，我下楼要求赔偿，或者换回另一个房间，但他们拒绝了。最后我不得不打电话给酒店公司寻求赔偿。后来才发现，他们超额预订了房间，不得不让我父母也搬到一个更小的房间。不仅如此，他们还打电话给我们住在那儿的朋友，他们已经预订了一个多月，告诉他们，由于超额预订，他们不得不把他们安排到另一家酒店。房间很干净，但似乎每个房间都有点小问题。我全家都来参加一个婚礼。游泳池很干净，但周围的瓷砖上沾满了头发和儿童创可贴。作为凯悦酒店，我本来期望会更好。他们最终退了我一晚的房费，并在我的凯悦会员卡上加了积分，我非常感激。总的来说，体验不太好。
