Click Hotel Guwahati was marvellous: 1. Service-3.5/5 2. Rooms- 4/5 3. Overall- 2.5, why? Mr. Kunal Sarkar from Click Hotel Guwahati was pathetic. He insulted us on the face in the open restaurant for having a few eggs more. Remember, that was a buffer complementary breakfast. We booked 4 rooms. Out of that, occupants of 2 rooms went for breakfast only. Guess what we asked to refill trays only, provided there was barely food filled on all trays. Kunal Sarkar said we should eat in moderation. That was pretty insulting. We had this experience on 25th Jan, around 8.30 am. Saddening experience. We were hoping to visit again. Cmon *** it was our wedding event. And Kunal Sarkar spoiled it, front of our guests!!

Hotel is good and the staff there are very sincerely and politely handle all situations. Mainly worth to mention the name of reception lady Kavita who helped us during the unavailable condition of room and arranged one room for a day and then shifted us to full furnished room … Thanks A lot All staff are good ….. and down to earth

Kings N Queen restaurant is very good in city. Multi cuisine and superb quality food and fine dine service. You must visit restaurant they operate 7am to 11pm. Elaborate menu they have drinks menu as well we enjoy a lot.. Love to visit again...

Outsider of the main city they have a Bar and restaurant. Caviar bar is the most beautiful and lovely place to hangout. Good option for food and drinks. Very good quality and delicious food you must try from the tandoor items. Frankly staff behaviour.

Small and compact room . Bit outside from the main city because of this you can easily travel. Good hotel polite staff and good ambiance.. Under budget you must visit.... They have good parking facilities with 24/7 hrs help desk...........

My first stay at Click Hotel was great. Under budgeted you can stay a good place. Little conjugated lobby area. They dont have Gym and swimming pool rest everything is perfect. Cooperative staff very helpful. If you are coming to Guwahati ill recommend this place which is under budget.

Our stay was very comfortable. Very smoothly completed the check-in process. We was upgraded to next category room because of room which was bit small. Frankly environment with varities of food items we enjoyed in Bar with lovely music. Perfect place for hangout.
房间大小和照片不符，服务也不太好。我的客人们不得不打电话去要一些基本的洗漱用品，而且餐食价格太高，做得也不怎么样。这家酒店至少需要好好改进一下服务了。
