我和丈夫住在高级海景房。房间非常漂亮，可以看到美丽的海景。房间非常舒适，地毯和装饰质量都很好，虽然我们在海滨长廊上，但非常安静，床也很棒，非常舒服，我们都不想起来。浴室很宽敞，淋浴很棒。酒店非常安全，所以我们可以放心出门。外面有漂亮的休息区，还有酒吧和餐厅，如果你想放松一下，这里很棒。老板 Dean 和 Becky 非常乐于助人，可以满足你的一切需求。强烈推荐。期待我们的下一次旅行。
Despite its good location, we were disappointed with our stay here. We booked two superior double rooms, however one of the rooms was far from superior with hardly enough room to swing a cat, with no facilities to hang clothes and an en-suite that lacked space and had a broken toilet seat. The cocktail bar was not open so didn’t get the experience we expected

booked this hotel to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday, was very disappointed and wont be coming back!! I rang up and had asked for a room with no stairs as my father cant walk up them and there wasnt a room for him, he had to get the lift then a flight of stairs to his room! the views from the rooms were awful, and no hand washing facilities in the bathroom! shower gel component was empty too and had to use little bit of the shampoo that was there! bad housekeeping, food very expensive and sauces for the steaks were missed or ran out of! asked for the pasta dish without mushrooms and this was ignored and it was very bland in taste, chef needs to taste his food more! overall we had a bad experience here and definately needs addressing

The Male on Reception was lovely, really polite.
The rooms didn't look anything like the photos. It was freezing in the room, i had to sleep with multiple layers on. There was no TV remote, The view from the window was horrible. There was a 21st birthday party, it was so noisy, and people sat on the steps drunk when we was trying to get to our room. The food at the restaurant wasn't great and the prices were high for the quality. I wouldnt return but the staff were lovely.

I stayed here for 5 nights during Rebellion Festival. It's about 25 minutes walk to the Winter Gardens, overlooking the beach and sea right on the seafront. Room was small, clean and decent with a seaview, and location was surprisingly quiet as it's far enough away from most of the attractions. Bed was very comfortable. I arrived early and could not gain entry to my room until 3pm, so sat in the bar with a beer for half an hour. Reception is not continually manned, but you can call staff any time of day with a provided telephone number. My only 2 gripes are that the room was not cleaned, bed made or bin emptied during my entire stay. Secondly that I had no hot water in the sink, despite asking for this to be remedied. Weird as the shower worked well.

Just had a weekend in this hotel and it was great very clean staff was great Daniel the manager couldn’t do enough for us he was brilliant only thing we food was the food was to expensive

欢迎我们带着两只狗来吃晚餐，递上菜单，然后要求去吧台点菜。餐桌很漂亮，但等了五分钟才到吧台。吧台的工作人员不知道菜单或价格。点菜后等了 45 多分钟才上菜，同时注意到我们之后的其他人也收到了食物。先是送错了菜，然后只送了一半，又等了一会儿才送齐。听到其他桌的客人抱怨，并要求退款，因为等待的时间太长。管理人员在场，但没有道歉，只有服务员不得不应付错误和延迟送菜的混乱局面。需要先付款，但食物送达的时间很一般。
