From the street the hotel looks dated and you expect to be disappointed. After a pleasant & friendly check in I opened my door and I knew I had made a good decision. The room was updated in a high quality way and was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Nice place for a budget stay. I could hear the road noise a little, but not bad. Spartan and clean, just what I was looking for. Quick straight drive to downtown Taos.

The room was clean but did not look like the ******* pictures at all! Also, the water pressure was non-existent and you had to turn on the hot water and wait up to 15 minutes for it to get warm (they have a sign taped to the shower door). We were on the first floor and the noise from people walking above us was terrible.

The remodeled rooms look nice. Ice machine was broken Water pressure is pretty low. Metal garbage can was rusty.

Cute and quaint
Very nice. Could used some more chair and more lovely Southwest decor but overall it was a decent hotel. The only clubs was our hotel door lock. You have to pull hard to engage the lock or keep the door from coming open. And the shower seal was not good and flooded the floor.

“套房”的图片和实际的“套房”完全不一样。描述说是双卧室套房，但我们和另一对夫妇一起到达时，发现里面没有两间卧室，只有两张床，这对于两对希望保持私密性的夫妇来说非常不舒服。这些房间不是独立的。没有门，如果一对夫妇需要使用卫生间，他们必须经过另一对夫妇的床。毫无隐私可言。此外，只有两个咖啡杯，没有盘子等等。如果套房设施不齐全，那还有什么意义呢？我们向办理入住的工作人员抱怨时，他说：“如果不喜欢，可以去街上那边换房间。”房间很干净，但和广告宣传的完全不一样。
酒店很有潜力，之前有一台小冰箱，但因为电源线够不到插座而一直没用过，制冰机也坏了。淋浴门上有个牌子，上面写着“如果您需要热水淋浴，请放水15分钟”。不便之处，敬请谅解。
真的！在干旱期间，每15分钟有30个单位的热水供应，如果我们需要什么，可以等到晚上9点才回来，但早上9点之前很久就有人值班了，第二天早上8点半离开时，酒店仍然关门。
酒店有潜力成为一家很棒的精品酒店，只是缺少一些自豪感。
我原本期待的是别的。
网站上的照片和房间名称与实际情况不符。我们预订了一间“浪漫”客房，但实际上只是一间普通的“套房”，毫无浪漫气息，装修风格也和照片上不一样。
电视坏了。酒店方面含糊地告知我价格调整，并已将款项退还到付款的卡上，但目前为止我还没看到任何动静。
算了。
尽管如此，酒店位置优越，环境安静，房间也还不错。不过，它离真正的镇中心有点远，而且从外观上看，与陶斯的土坯风格相比，实在没什么可比性。我们在路边稍远一点、靠近镇中心的地方看到了一些看起来更漂亮的酒店。
所以我的建议是：即使这家酒店还不错，也不要犹豫，选择另一家吧。
抵达后，我们走进房间，发现这家汽车旅馆看起来很漂亮。我们注意到窗户密封条上到处都是臭味和死虫。桌子和地板上都有虫子爬。可能是因为季节原因。
