Came with a tour group, FlashPack, and walking into the facility was breath taking. Walking through rainforest atmosphere, opening up to the open air restaurant with an infinity pool framing the gorgeous mountain rainforest views was an amazing first impression; breathtaking even. Absolutely could not fault the level of service provided by the entire team, with a special mention to Agus who was always up for a chat and super friendly, to Tika the quiet but lovely beauty therapist. The glamping style resort was a perfect way to get in touch with nature and just breath. We experienced the cooking classes(so much fun and rewarding), rice planting(not a fan of the mud, but I'm a princess), and a few spa treatments. The food was to die for and they catered to my dietary requirements with no fuss at all. I'd love to come back and will recommend this place to everyone I know. You should all be very proud of what you've created here, and the fact that the business also supports local community businesses in the village is what I call sustainable tourism. We even got a chance to see how the local village women make and sell their coconut oil. I could write so many more words but seeing is believing, don't take my word, book now! 🌟👌🙏

Our highlight of our whole trip through Bali was our 2 days at Kaura. As the campsites are not bookalbe yet we slept in Alila Manggis (only 15 mins by car) and were at Kaura for the day activities. The view is stunning, you see the jungle, rice fields, Lombok, it's absolutely amazing. The location itself is really tranquil, you feel at peace. The staff is friendly, helpful and want to make sure that you're enjoying your stay. Almost all is staff is from the nearby village. The food is out of this world, so tasty and fresh. The activities give you a real immersion into the local culture and way of life. We did a cooking workshop, village walk, a water purification blessing with a priest at the nearby waterfall and we had a massage. If you visit Bali please do yourself a favour and plan at least 1 day at Kaura!

All the staff very friendly and helpful, their English and other language skill superb. Definitely come back again and will be promoting Kaura to all friends and family to come here. Kaura Bali has has a great view. Thank you for amazing service ☺️

Amazing place. The restaurant was fabulous, and it was impressive to see how all the staff are villagers that work to grow the organic crops that will be used to prepare the dishes! The view is outstanding: you can see the rice fields, the beach and even Lombok from the distance! We also did the village walking tour experience, and also went to the Brahma statue, the waterfall and the holy water fountain! Finally, to make the experience more relaxing, we took 1 hour Balinese massage!! My family and myself loved it! You can spend the day, or stay in the glamping, which will be open soon, in the midst of the green fields for a couple of days!!! It is definitely an experience you can”t miss if visiting Bali!!

Can’t express how peaceful and immersive our glamping stay was. An experience we can’t miss while in Bali. Definitely out of the beaten path, Kaura services are complete from one of the best jungle & ocean view, to an immersive local village walk, cycling tours, short hike in the rain forest toward an amazing and quiet waterfall, the most complete tent with hot shower, an infinity pool with the best view to a good wifi, ver very good good and above all the nicest and efficient team ever. Highly recommended for any type of travelling family, business, solo, honeymoon etc..

A beautiful oasis in what can be a hectic experience in Bali. Luxury tent in the rice paddies overlooking the terrain down to the ocean. We went on a hike (quite strenuous) to a hindu statue and had a cleansing ceremony with a priest. The chef at the resort is truly excellent. A real 5 star experience I highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali.

We had a great time staying at Kaura Bali. The resort is surrounded by greenery and ricefields, and sea views at the distance. Lovely pavilion with air-condition, luxury amenities and free Wi-Fi. Excellent facilities, nice spa and pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Diana, Yan Dex, Desy and Chef Erni. We will be back!
