the stay was good the staff was very helpful great breakfast they helped us at worse day of my life i did a booking at some other hotel but they cancelled it without prior info there were no rooms available in haldwani and those who had rooms were asking for 5k for basic room but owner of this property is a true gentleman he offered us their ac room for a basic price not overcharging i was with my family my wife my daughter so it was really kind of u thank you mount views amazing stay i will be coming back soon

If you have any self respect or human decency you don't want to stay here!. The hotel manager is a total slime bag and a pathological liar. Every word that came out of his mouth was a lie. I have traveled all over India for years, and this is among the worst hotel nightmares I have been unfortunate enough to witness. Totally disgusting behavior and a totally disgusting hotel !! All the positive reviews on this website have to be fake there is simply no other explanation for it. If you stay here you will be sorry mark my words. I did not sleep at all and it was one of the worst nights I've had in a very long time. Haldwani is a beautiful town, full of beautiful people don't waste your time here!
