去年入住很愉快，于是今年又来了。阴差阳错变成了尊贵房型，比去年的还宽敞。服务一如既往的得体，今年一下车门口小哥就窜上来拎行李箱了，原来是去年自己进去的门不对。早饭很合我心意，就恨自己胃太小，今年的罪恶食物卡路里就全交代在这儿了。夜床服务也勤快，恰逢农历新年送了巧克力。
我还能说什么呢，继续回去搬砖再来呗。
酒店整体很满意，房间收拾的干净，打扫也很及时，前台会说中文的女孩很热情，就是早餐的餐厅服务不好，其余都很满意.

先说好的吧：酒店位置很方便，礼宾部专业，热情，有礼貌。酒店的工作人员态度都挺好的。
不好的：酒店没有任何前调，不会询问客人对房间的喜好。第一次直接安排了和携程预订单上图片不一致的房间，后来才换到和预订单上图片一致的房间。房间里面的小问题很多。坏了的电吹风，浴缸有异响，安排了工程师修理浴缸后。浴缸出现第二个问题，不能蓄水。实在是不明白，难道给客人房间前，不应该检查好各个设施没问题，才交给客人吗？酒店保洁人员打扫卫生随意把消毒液放在客人的食物旁边。如此不注重卫生，导致客人的食物暴露在化学品中。洗手池也不能蓄水。总之房间就是一堆小问题，一个接着一个
酒店location好，服务在悉尼也算top。从到达酒店开始，就能感受到宾至如归的接待，准备了特制饮料。
整体比较老派，内饰整体比较不错，另外整体服务还不错，早餐还可以。其他设施就是正常水平。床上用品也还可以。
酒店在市中心，地理位置优越。服务人员态度热情。房间宽敞整洁，隔音效果很好。酒店内设施齐全，早餐也不错。
环境非常好很安静，卫生打扫很负责，酒店人员服务态度和管理流程都很棒。早餐选择很多很好吃，游泳池很漂亮。
哇，我还能说什么呢？这家酒店的服务简直棒极了！从 Geo 热情的欢迎，到我们一下车行李就被搬走，再到办理入住时个性化的服务，都无可挑剔。走进房间，你会发现它们简直令人惊叹，布置得如此优雅，而且非常干净宽敞。浴室里各种设施一应俱全，超乎你的想象，你还可以通过 iPad 轻松获取物品和点餐。他们的室内泳池和健身房也同样出色，包括一个带按摩功能的温泉水疗区，还有一个特色淋浴房和桑拿房。自助早餐的标准也很高，你还可以点零点菜单上的美味菜肴。酒店还有一个休息室，类似于行政酒廊，所有住客都可以使用，并提供免费的茶点和酒精饮料。我一定会再次入住这家酒店，它真的非常棒。非常感谢，悉尼嘉佩乐酒店。
