酒店location好,服务在悉尼也算top。从到达酒店开始,就能感受到宾至如归的接待,准备了特制饮料。
先说好的吧:酒店位置很方便,礼宾部专业,热情,有礼貌。酒店的工作人员态度都挺好的。
不好的:酒店没有任何前调,不会询问客人对房间的喜好。第一次直接安排了和携程预订单上图片不一致的房间,后来才换到和预订单上图片一致的房间。房间里面的小问题很多。坏了的电吹风,浴缸有异响,安排了工程师修理浴缸后。浴缸出现第二个问题,不能蓄水。实在是不明白,难道给客人房间前,不应该检查好各个设施没问题,才交给客人吗?酒店保洁人员打扫卫生随意把消毒液放在客人的食物旁边。如此不注重卫生,导致客人的食物暴露在化学品中。洗手池也不能蓄水。总之房间就是一堆小问题,一个接着一个
整体比较老派,内饰整体比较不错,另外整体服务还不错,早餐还可以。其他设施就是正常水平。床上用品也还可以。
酒店在市中心,地理位置优越。服务人员态度热情。房间宽敞整洁,隔音效果很好。酒店内设施齐全,早餐也不错。
环境非常好很安静,卫生打扫很负责,酒店人员服务态度和管理流程都很棒。早餐选择很多很好吃,游泳池很漂亮。
哇,我还能说什么呢?这家酒店的服务简直棒极了!从 Geo 热情的欢迎,到我们一下车行李就被搬走,再到办理入住时个性化的服务,都无可挑剔。走进房间,你会发现它们简直令人惊叹,布置得如此优雅,而且非常干净宽敞。浴室里各种设施一应俱全,超乎你的想象,你还可以通过 iPad 轻松获取物品和点餐。他们的室内泳池和健身房也同样出色,包括一个带按摩功能的温泉水疗区,还有一个特色淋浴房和桑拿房。自助早餐的标准也很高,你还可以点零点菜单上的美味菜肴。酒店还有一个休息室,类似于行政酒廊,所有住客都可以使用,并提供免费的茶点和酒精饮料。我一定会再次入住这家酒店,它真的非常棒。非常感谢,悉尼嘉佩乐酒店。
悉尼中央商务区的绝佳住宿体验。酒店装修精美,服务一流。
服务非常好,其他方面也满意。但是在某一天晚上因为下雨,坐在大堂吃东西听玻璃顶上的雨声发呆的时候,涌进一帮当地白人,大声喧哗,还醉醺醺地用日语问我们是不是日本人?很扫兴,只能快速起身走了。整个酒店比较迷你,大堂很小,并不适合这种多人派对,酒店方应有取舍。
懒得换酒店续住了,早上起来发现房间床上惊讶发现头发,并不是自己的,我头发是金色的目前。
而且大家要注意,酒店的大堂是不让拍照的,住了个寂寞,入住没人跟我说,今早一早起来在大厅拍照(六点半左右,起大早就是怕拍照拍到别人,结果被一个服务生上来制止,态度很恶劣,我也立马找到人投诉了,但也没有任何回馈,总之觉得澳洲再好的酒店都是没有任何服务。。

另外,想请问酒店为何我一笔在店消费明明已经在7月16日离店时付清,为何预授权冻结卡上资金至今未释放?
