I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Treebo Kingsbury Fiesta in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. The front office staff and the owner were exceptionally warm and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located on VIT Road, just 2 km from Katpadi Railway Station, 1 km from Chittoor Bus Stand, and 2 km from the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). Additionally, a variety of fast food outlets and restaurants can be found within a 1 km radius, offering plenty of dining options nearby.

A nice place to stay in close proximity to Railway station & VIT University, this hotel is conveniently located on the main road with good public transportation facility.

Liked · Though the first impression from outside was doubtful, the hotel was neat and clean from inside. The counter staff was friendly and cooperative. She arranged for the wheelchair facility which I requested for my mother. We were allowed to use the wheelchair throughout our stay which was very helpful in handling my mother. The rooms were large, neat and clean. The supply of toiletries, tea coffee materials were sufficient. The toilet was clean. The rooms (101 & 103) were clean enough. The AC effect in the rooms were good. The Fridge, kettle and other facilities in the room were useful. The room service and the house keeping staff were very good. The restaurant in the Ground floor was clean and tidy. Foods served were of good quality. A parking area was attached with the hotel. Overall, it was a great and safe stay. Worth for Money. Disliked · To start with locating the hotel was difficult. We had to spend some time before finding the hotel. This was because the hotel did not have proper sign board. The sign board which was available was serving only one direction of journey (opposite to our direction of journey). Absence of alternative restaurants in the nearby locality is a drawback. You may have to rely up on the restaurant down of Swiggy etc. This could be improved further.

There was an on going construction in the building. but they managed to provide the ambience. A vehicle can be arranged from the hotel for guest's convenience say about 5 to 10Km range, I reached the hotel @ 12:00am with my family 2 Katpadi railway station so it is always desirable to arrange a pickup from the hotel.

We were charged extra 1 day of fare, inspite of of informing well in advance, these guys are running big scam, please avoid this chain of hotel at all cost. Customer support in the call are very rude and front desk executives are useless in providing any meaning ful service
