it was an average experience, very dusty and the pillow and blankets were damaged. can improve a lot.

I booked this hotel as I was in transit for my train which was due the very same day at 2:00 pm, i reached the hotel at 8:00 am , there were police who were there escorting a *** out of the hotel, something had gone wrong .
i politely asked for an early check in as I was only going to spend half a day there. The staff was very rude and they demanded i pay 50% of my booking amount for early check in for which I refused. they made me wait for 2 hours. I had just arrived in Delhi and I was hungary as hell and they made wait for 2 hours in the lobby and gave me a room at 10:00 am as was having complimentary early check-in from mmt.
they gave me a crappy with had a lot of mosquitoes both in the washroom and in the room. i asked for a change in room and was given another one which has a similar issue. then i asked for a mosquitoes repellant and they said they would provide after other guests leave.They did not provide any repellant.
I checked out the same day at 2:00 pm.
worst experience even.
Do not recommend.

When we asked for another thing the staff said you need to pay if you want something else to eat in breakfast

This hotel was a great find! the room was cozy and quiet, providing a restful environment after a long day of sightseeing. The wi-fi worked perfectly, and the staff were so polite and helpful. For the price, i was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to anyone on a budget.

worst experience, photos are just not matching w the actual room view !!!! washrooms are sooo dirty .. staff isn't cooperative at all!! rude frontdesk ppl, i would not recommend this hotel at all. Overpriced hotel it is!!!!

There was a smell in the room, I said nothing happened. Only bread was given for breakfast . Lunch and dinner both were the same, nothing different, only one water bottle was given in 2 days and no cleaning was done.
