The Resort is awesome and people here are very helpful (Rajendra & Divya ) The food is also delicious and the resort is well maintenance

1 The condition of the room is extremely unsatisfactory and frankly unacceptable. Please take a close look at the wardrobe in Room 216 to understand the issue clearly. When this was brought to the attention of your staff, we were told that nothing could be done and that the situation would not change overnight. This response is disappointing and raises a serious concern. My question is simple and direct: Was the room’s condition inspected and approved before it was assigned to a guest? If so, such standards are far below what is reasonably expected.

We stayed at Sterling Pushkar from 8th to 9th January 2026. Overall, the property felt average and not very well maintained. It was extremely understaffed — during our entire stay, we saw only six staff members in total: two at the reception (with only one present at any given time), two housekeeping staff managing the entire property, and two staff members in the restaurant. We never saw or interacted with the chef or any kitchen staff. A big shoutout and heartfelt appreciation to the restaurant staff, Happy and D Singh. These two were clearly overworked and exhausted, handling both the restaurant and room service almost single-handedly. Despite this, they always had a smile on their faces and did their best to take care of the guests. They remembered our food preferences, were prompt with service, and ensured our meals were delivered quickly. Their dedication truly stood out. The décor and overall upkeep of the property were below average in our experience. The only real highlight of our stay was the beautiful view. The large windows in every room offer an unobstructed view of Pushkar, which was lovely. Our son especially enjoyed watching the camels and camel carts passing by from the room. One major concern was the bathroom water temperature. The hot water was not warm enough, especially during peak winter. When we complained, we were told, “itna hi garam aata hai,” which was not an acceptable response. Based on our experience, we would rate: Restaurant and housekeeping staff: 4 stars Property and management: 2 stars

What a beautiful property ❤️ The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The side of our hotel room gave a full view of the Pushkar Railway Station and Savitri Mata Mandir. The Pure Veg food had no compromise on taste, kinder on everyone's palate. Again, I wished to have stayed another day longer in Pushkar but we had to make a move within 24hrs due to time constraints.

位置很好,否则毫无意义工作人员我忘了我的钥匙给我的朋友我问接待处他们说我们没有多余的钥匙我等了一个小时才拿到钥匙如果你不能为客人提供塑料钥匙如果你建造大房间这并不意味着你是一家四星级酒店给人们像四星级的服务根本不推荐
食物糟糕透了。我们点的每一道菜都得重新点。菜不新鲜。房间也不干净。体验非常糟糕。如果和家人一起去,不推荐。早餐上菜太慢了。普里饼和帕兰塔饼等了至少半个小时。
不错而且非常干净的酒店。房间宽敞且维护良好。彬彬有礼且乐于助人的员工。一个痛点是餐厅。穿着脏衬衫的服务员。餐垫上有一只死苍蝇。服务员没有换餐垫,至少可以假装一下。他只是把苍蝇踢开了。罪
