We stayed at Jetwing Olive Bungalow in August 2025. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 4 children. The rooms are spacious, so are the common spaces. The garden is a bit smaller than expected. But the location in the mountains of Sri Lanka is great. We had a wonderful time at the Bungalow. The whole team was very friendly and went out of their way to assist us in any query we had. They made us feel at home from the very beginning. They organised for us a cooking class as well as a trek in the mountains and the villages, which we truly loved as well as a visit through the tea plantations of the property. We highly recommend the Jetwing Olive Bungalow for any friends and families who are looking for a more calm and unique experience in the mountains of Sri Lanka. They were also very helpful by helping us to get some medicine for some of us who got sick. We loved the dishes prepared and served by the whole team of the Olive Bungalow and the Warwick Garden House. We would like to thank all of them, including Sachith, Kumara, Namal and Tangesh, Wije, Thagagu and Shiwa. We loved every dish as well as the fresh juices they prepared for us. For even higher standards, we could also recommend the Warwick Garden House. We really loved our stay and hope to come back soon. Elisabeth, Carole and the whole family.

If you appreciate genuine Sri Lankan hospitality in a historical colonial setting then you will love it here. This property would be ideal for a group of up to 8 and it is like your own private catered villa. The food is excellent and the service is from the heart. Do not expect perfect English to be spoken but with humour and patience communication is fine. Set in a developing tea plantation it is quiet and natural, ideal for rest and relaxation.

WE HAD A GOOD TIME AT JETWING WELIMADA. Manager of the premises Mr Gayan maintain the place in good condition and Mr Siva (the care taker) looked after us very well and Mr Kumar ( the chef) feed us with delicious food. I strongly recommend for you to visit this place

We chose jetting Welimada from Google maps as we wanted to stay at a tea plantation, it exceeded all our wishes. We were met by Shiva the butler who. Was at our elbows every inch of our stay, wanting grant our every wish more like a genie. The bungalow situated about 400 yards from the main house was immaculate, well equipped with its own kitchen. Bring your own beer there is a liquor shop on the corner as you turn off the main road and commence the climb. Well signed and we were driving our own Tuk Tuk. A place to sit,read, contemplate and practice your meditation and yoga. The only noise is from the chorus of birds overhead. If the shower is cold there is a switch on the wall to operate the heater, I found it after my first cold shower🥶The chef cooks to order often too much but he and Shiva are a delightful working duo. I would recommend 100%

Overall it was a very nice and cozy place.Staff was really nice too.We really enjoyed the stay despite rainy weather. However needs to improve a couple of things: 1. Food-Dinner was really good. However the quality of breakfast need to improve especially the taste 2.Cleanliness of the bathroom towels

This is our 4th family visit of this property and this is amazing place for family relax. Why this place is more important to my family members. 1. Very calm and quit. 2. friendly staff members. 3. Food taste is very delicious. 4. Property maintain in high clean environment . as we consider above factors , we are highly recommended to travelers to choose and ideal for their family holidays .
