I fell in love with this hotel. It really doesn't feel like a hotel, more like a luxurious family home which you have been allowed into. The first thing that hits you is the absolutely incredible view of the Knuckles / hills from the infinity pool, just wow. The second thing is the homely ambience, you really feel welcomed and at home as soon as you arrive. The rooms have traditional Sri Lankan made furniture and art and the front rooms have the same incredible views of the hills from their terraces. We were looked after so well by Shannon who is an extremely talented chef, the food was absolutely exquisite and Shannon was always on hand for anything we needed, he even took us up to the viewpoint and brought tea and cakes for sunset! Its hard to tear yourself away but the hotel is on the Victoria golf course and has amazing hiking right from its doorstep and is well located for Kandy. If you can't tear yourself away they will organise yoga and brilliant massages!

SUCH a wonderful stay at Bougainvillea. P, Manuka and Shannon were all so charming and welcoming (as were the extremely well behaved dogs and cats). A beautiful house with amazing surroundings and views. Just delicious … especially Shannon’s cooking which we could not fault in any way. A delightful stay for my husband and I. Lots to do in the surrounding area … or just chill and soak up the views & sounds around the pool. We would definitely return. Thank you all for your hospitality.

This was a real find. A most beautiful location with a fantastic infinity pool. Pi could not have been more welcoming, and helped us make useful decisions for our forays out. All the staff were lovely, and a massive shout out to chef Shannon whose creative skills were totally amazing. No other meals on our trip (or even back in London) came close. Everything here conjoined to make it a perfect couple of days.

Wonderful villa with a fabulous team. We had a short but incredibly memorable stay. The villa was the ideal location for our mini business retreat with 6 people. The pool is sensational and the food was delicious with fantastic Sri Lankan tastes woven through the menu over the 3 days. We loved it and would definitely return.

Our family of 6 (5 adults one 16 year old) 2 night stay in Bouganvillea was the perfect end to a fabulous fortnight exploring Sri Lanka. Bougainvillea is truly a slice of paradise in the most beautiful and tranquil setting. The views are spectacular and the accommodation is comfortable, luxurious and exquisitely presented. We were warmly welcomed by Pi and her team who are incredible hosts in what feels like a luxurious family home. The food was delicious, filling and beautifully presented and eaten on the pool terrace overlooking the lake and jungle covered mountains. We all fell in love with this hotel and hope to one day return soon (for longer next time!)

布干维尔度假村地理位置优越，位于高尔夫球场周边，是一处宏伟而宁静的地方，位于大自然之中。游泳池和大自然的景色非同寻常！完美的环境，完美的菜肴，服务也很棒！唯一的抱怨是花园凉亭的房间太小，没有空间放置两个人的物品。遗憾的是，主屋并不缺乏空间。
