Our stay was truly wonderful. Chef Pankaj and his F&B team, especially servers Akshit and Harman, were outstanding. The food was delicious and freshly prepared to our preferences.
The General Manager, Mr. Ishprit, and Mr. Piyush at the front desk were extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs — their service was excellent.
The only area that could use improvement is the overall cleanliness and the air conditioning,

Nice place, nearby to the main attractions and food places, good food, but can do better with cleanliness... towels and sheets were a bit stained.. rest loved the stay.

酒店略显破旧，人手不足。与页面上的描述不符，令人失望。不过，少数几位尽力提供服务的员工值得称赞。问题似乎出在管理上，而且用温德姆酒店集团的名字来指代这家酒店也极具误导性，因为我非常怀疑他们是否参与其中，或者温德姆的管理层真的需要认真关注一下这家酒店。
令人惊叹的服务，乐于助人的员工，美味的食物，美妙的体验，我来这里是为了庆祝我父母的结婚纪念日，酒店（特别是物业经理 Ishpreet 先生）确保一切都完美无缺，我们度过了最美好的一天，感谢所有员工的热情款待。
