Royal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.

Very congested & small rooms, no any complimentary water service time is very late make my trip cheats in this booking
please don't advise to book this hotel. We feel very sad in this booking
