Hotel is in need of a very serious update. The pool was green and unusable. We saw a rat at the restaurant on the roof. We could hear very loud music in the room. I wore my flip flops in the shower. The food in the restaurant was ...not good. I ordered a muffin and it was stale and then microwaved to try to hide that it was no longer fresh...yuck

Best staff in the world. Every time I come to Philippines to see wife’s family I stay at hotel Fina. The staff make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I am from America and have been several times in last 8 years. The staff is what makes this hotel special. Thank you hotel Fina.

Rooms were good, good service. Only issue is the breakfast, this is not warm (eggs/rice) when served.
总的来说，他们的服务很好！工作人员非常乐于助人，脸上总是带着笑容。设施也挺齐全的，有吹风机、两份毛巾和洗浴用品。
酒店很棒，我们住的是豪华房，房间宽敞明亮，带窗户。工作人员非常周到细致，比如，即使菜单上没有素食，他们也能专门为我们准备素食早餐（在菲律宾，他们的餐点里几乎都会有肉）。
酒店很棒，食物也很好吃。下次肯定还会再订的！非常感谢你们的招待。
