Staff is very courteous. Room is clean. Just the shower/tub water pipe is very rusty. The bath water is always orange and smell rusty too.

Llano motel is our usual place to stay whenever we go to Llano. Very clean motel. The hosts are very friendly. Some very good restaurants are near the motel. I highly recommend this place.

Pros:
Check-in and out was easy. Nice Front Desk
Room was Sparkling Clean!
Bed was Comfortable (no seriously, it was).
Has Larger refrigerator & Microwave in Kitchen
A/C blew cold
Cons:
NO Ice Machine (must ask in office. This was quite inconvenient & I just ended up purchasing ice in town)
Kitchen has absolutely nothing in it. No paper towels, not even a spoon.
Road Noise (Earplugs worked great though)
Only a medicine cabinet with very shallow shelves in bathroom. Pedestal sink and nowhere to put your toiletries.
TV programming was extremely limited, but this isn’t the Hyatt.
****There was a small lip on the floor to go into bathroom and you don’t see it. I broke my foot. I told management and they were very apologetic. It just needs to have a rug or something to make it stand out***
Other than that, very basic, very clean, comfortable room for the price.
Will use again, but no ice machine is big drawback.

No coffee.
Older motel that has recently received a fresh coat of paint and other upgrades. Clean overall, but the amenities need to be upgraded. Bar soap only, no shampoo. Small refrigerator and microwave, but no coffee pot. No coffee period. Otherwise, a comfortable place to lay your head. Sorry, I get a little grumpy without my morning coffee.

The room was great. Super clean and enjoyable but we had a room right by the highway and the sound of cars and trucks was bad. We needed an old fashioned air conditioner to run continually to block the highway noise.

It was bad there was no AC in the room and we stayed in the suite our front wouldn’t stay shut unless we had 3 locks on
