Room was great. My only complaint was the only lighting in the bedroom was two wall sconces on either side of the bed. They were very bright and there was no option to dim them. There was no other low light option in the room, so it was either very bright or dark.

It has, by far, surpassed all other hotels I’ve stayed it. Loved the welcome message at my room, the perfectly laid out room, and the made to order breakfast. I truly looked forward to it each morning during my stay. I will definitely only stay at Embassy Suites Las Colinas whenever I’m in the area.

工作人员没有帮助，钥匙无法使用，也没有去机场的班车。
