We stayed here a few days ago as a family, occupying 4 rooms. We had been to JW Marriott Mussorie before and were thoroughly impressed and keen to see if this would match. We found pre-arrival communication to not be at the level of JW Mussorie. There were short responses without greetings. I received a message from Ayan Sheikh who said he would be our single point of contact during the stay, but we did not have much to do with him during our stay. The drive up from the airport was an hour long, and we had a nice greeting on arrival and were quickly taken to our rooms. Most meals we had were of high quality and breakfast in particular was a highlight. Toya, including the Teppenyaki experience was great. Akasa was good. We had a private BBQ set up one evening which was good. We attended the afternoon tea event a couple of days and this is where we were a bit disappointed. The staff tried their best but the experience did not match JW Mussorie. They have a much more sprawling lawn area with games and kids activities. The kids entertainment area was nice. We organised a hilltop picnic. sub hash and his team prepared maggi and tea which we loved. But there were no views per se. JW Mussorie was excellent in this regard. Rooms are good but with an odd placement of the bathtub blocking access! Overall, a 4 star property with good service but not to the level of JW Marriott Mussorie.

We had an amazing stay at The The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas, Rishikesh. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and perfectly managed. The hospitality was outstanding, the property is beautiful, and the food was excellent. Once you are here, you’ll feel luxury at every corner. A very special thanks to *Anisha*, (the one in the picture with us) who truly went above and beyond for us. Her prompt responses, warm attitude, and thoughtful gestures added a beautiful personal touch and made our stay exceptionally memorable. The entire staff was humble, courteous, and always willing to help. Housekeeping was quick and efficient — thanks to Gaurav — and Sunaina was also a wonderful host. Highly recommended for a peaceful, luxurious, and memorable stay. Truly a must-visit property in Rishikesh!

Stayed here for a company conference. They have really nice amenities including a bowling alley. The sky deck has some picturesque sunset views. The stay was supremely comfortable and great for us as a group. But what added delight for me personally was when I forgot my laptop at the property - I contacted the front desk. This is when Mansi Shukla the house keeping manager proactively reached out to me on phone assured me of having found it and express couriered it to me in a day’s time! People like her make customers leave with a exceeds expectation delight! :)

Absolutely fabulous experience staying at Westin. Huge gratitude to both Shaurya, from reservations & Adarsh, from Front Office, who went above and beyond to accomodate requests and make arrangements for our transit travel, additional reservations & even late check-out when our flights got cancelled. The team at Akasa were very helpful in helping order off-menu soup and toast, when I was down with a bad viral infection. Loved the ambience and good at Toya as well!

Till the time we reached the hotel to the time we left the experience was just awesome. Starting from the Check in, Mr Ayan Sheikh made it so smooth for us. He gave us hotel tour and he helped us till the rooms and made sure that we are comfortable enough. Rooms are spacious, cleaned and housekeeping was quick. Anything we asked for was there in 5-7 mins. Food, which is always necessary to make the stay complete it was amazing. They had big breakfast spread and the dal makhani and kulcha’s were next level. The best part was the hospitality. The whole staff was so pleasing. It all made a memorable trip for us.

酒店很漂亮，但根本不值这个价钱。我住过不同国家的五星级酒店，房间太小，浴室也很奇怪。客房服务人员身上有难闻的气味。不能接受。其他酒店员工都很好，但这家酒店在雨季可能会有危险，所以可以不住——我们刚要出发赶飞机时发生了严重的山体滑坡，但我们绕道而行，及时赶到。所以省点钱去别的地方吧。
