We booked this hotel same day after unexpected travel delays forced us to completely reroute our plans. We arrived around 1:30am, exhausted and just hoping for a smooth check-in.
Instead, we were met with a lecture - not a welcome. Despite the hotel listing a 24/7 front desk and ******* showing check-in available until 2am, we were told we had missed the check-in window - 3pm - 11pm - and that our rooms had been given away.
After a long day of travel, we had to argue just to get into the rooms we had already paid for. Cause of course we were charged. And if that wasn’t frustrating enough, we got another lecture in the morning about their check-in policy.
If you plan on arriving late, I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere. The hassle simply isn’t worth it.

The accommodations were adequate. But we paid in full at the time of booking then charged again at check in. We have spoke to them several times and so far no help.

You get what you pay for
So ill start off by saying the staff was great. Very nice. First there isnt an elevator. Next the place had an awful smell to the whole 2nd floor. The room was musty smelling as well. The TV had no sound and the walls are thin.

This property was not safe for an individual. The peep hole in the hotel room was broken and had a tissue sticking out of the hole. Worst hotel ever! Do not get a hotel here.

Its a nice place, there was hair in restroom floor and i killed a cockroach. When they replenished coffee, they didn't leave any sugar, so couldn't drink it
