从8月2日住到8月5日。非常失望。我订了两个房间，结果我年迈的婆婆也分了一间。他们本来要给我们安排不同的楼层，但我要求后，他们给我们安排了同一楼层，却不肯让我们的房间相邻。这些问题都出现在317房间。不知何故，我们被安排在了“无障碍”房间，而我和丈夫都不是残疾人。毛巾放在浴室的无障碍淋浴椅上。我不知道为什么没有毛巾架之类的。水压极小。没有地方放行李箱。通常有一个可折叠的行李箱架。床很糟糕，枕头也不舒服。楼上的人说话的声音都听得见，就像在跺脚一样。楼上的噪音非常可怕。墙很薄，你可以听到隔壁房间和走廊里的人说话的声音。我不会推荐这家酒店。考虑到我们支付的金额，这些问题根本不应该成为问题。

Well Done

The check in was quick and friendly. The beds had plenty if pullows and were comfortable. Breakfast was as expected. We were allowed late check out at no additional cost. Well done.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, however, the reception staff is never there, and every time we needed something, we had to wait a long time or return because there was only a sign that said "we'll be back shortly." The room had a bad smell, and although we asked to change, the other one was the same. The room was very small and it was almost impossible to move around in it, with no space to put our things. The breakfast left a lot to be desired; the coffee tasted reheated, and there were only two breakfast options. For the price, I think it could have been much better, more spacious, and cleaner.
