The hotel is on the road which had quite a lot of traffic noise. The room was very small no cupboard or table to keep things. The hot water geyser was not working and there was no rod to hang towels in bathroom. The room was not properly cleaned after the last checkout. Food was average. Staff was a bit laid back. There is no lift, have to use narrow stairs. Would not recommend this place.

Location : location was not good and very far from tourist spots. Further, there is no network in the hotel premises at all times. This fact of having no network was never disclosed by hotel.
Food : Food is not good at all. Breakfast and dinner had very limited options and that too they were not served hot. Also, basic hygeine was absent.
Amenities and Services : The services were not up to date. No hospitality from hotel staffs.
All in all we will not recommend this hotel for stay.

The experience of the stay was irrationally good. Extremely well behaved staff, praise worthy service and the property is very well maintained and it oozes luxury and comfort.

Better to prefer other hotel for those who are vegetarian. Corridor was stinking, breakfast timing strats from 8:30. Those who have to leave early cannot expect breakfast from them. Dinner was average. However, bathroom was clean and Staff was complaint.

Hotel and service was good but had very limited options for breakfast buffet . Had ordered lunch which was good . So ala carte is better option if one wants to stay there . Location and amenities are ok

The hotel Sultan Residency is top-notch. In addition to being pet-friendly, the accommodations offered fantastic views of Kashmir’s natural beauty of Nagin Lake, Private Parking available at hotel and a garden and an onsite restaurant. The Food is delicious, speciallly Pizza, Milk Shakes and Non Vegeritain food is must try at Hotel Sultan Residency. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, special thanks to Mr. Naseer Khawaja and Mr. Naraj Babu making sure that we had everything it needed to feel like at home. We truly miss their company and looking forward to meet them again soon in our next trip to Kashmir.

Excellent service by their staff......their behaviour is also familiar...very polite behaviour by their owner and staff as well
