酒店的地理位置相当好,火车站出来,步行2分钟就可以到达,酒店对面就是Tesco,而且从酒店步行大概5分钟就可以到海边,然后距离2条步行街走路也就5-10分钟,相当方便;
酒店的设施很新、房间很大、服务员很nice;
我们是2大1小入住,服务员帮我们安排了加床,速度很快、效率很高,而且用的是全新的床垫,大床垫和小床垫都很舒服;
卫生间超级大,去了英国那么多次、英国那么多地方,是我看过的最大的卫生间,足足有10平米;
房间是公寓类型,可以自己煮饭,厨房的设施也是非常全的,而且很干净👍
这里一切都很好,工作人员很可爱,房间也很干净,就是室内太热了,还没有空调,这让体验有点不舒服。不过酒店其他方面我都无可抱怨。

我去办理入住时被告知,酒店已进入破产管理程序,所有员工必须在周四离职。但酒店仍在接受预订!!
这家酒店目前处于管理状态,我被前门的保安拒绝了。我要求退款,并要求立即从网站上删除这家酒店。
房间和员工都很棒,但外面噪音很大
房间非常干净,状况也很好。床很舒服,但枕头质量很差,无法提供足够的颈部支撑。员工友好而高效。遗憾的是,我们整体的享受受到了我们房间位置的影响(面向大街的角落房间)。外面的噪音(酒吧、俱乐部、交通)一直到凌晨 3:30 都非常大。如果您可以要求一间位于走廊另一侧的房间,噪音应该会小一些。
不得不换房间,因为房间里一直有嗡嗡声。
两个房间、窗帘和橱柜里都积满灰尘。
虽然房间的其余部分非常干净。
我不得不打电话给工作人员,因为一位半裸的醉酒客人在公共房间里睡觉,他们的衣服散落在走廊上,从墙上取下的灭火器放在地板上,工作人员无法将他们带进房间,所以把打呼噜的人留在了我们门外。

房间里的热度让人无法忍受,虽然有风扇,但风扇开着的时候我根本睡不着。
房间在马路上,非常吵。直到凌晨 4 点,外面一直有噪音。
所以不能打开窗户来消除热度。
工作人员非常出色。
话虽如此,我不会再使用,也不会推荐它。
位置便利。房间干净整洁。工作人员热情友好,乐于助人。
唯一的问题是二楼的房间热得让人难以忍受,而且无法手动控制。第二天晚上,工作人员为我们提供了落地扇,并在第三天和第四天将我们换到了楼上。我会再次入住,但要求住到更高的楼层。
我到达时下着雨,门没开,所以不得不费劲地按了个号码。幸运的是,他们很快就来让我进去了。然后我到了房间,但当我走进走廊时,我发现温度真的变了。非常热。房间里的温度是 28° !!我试图降低温度,但不行。房间里有两扇窗户是开着的,所以他们显然知道这里热得离谱。我和一位当地的朋友一起吃晚饭,他建议我要求换房间。当我问的时候,他们告诉我“不可能,因为房间已经满了”。我很不情愿地开着窗户睡觉,风扇对着我吹,房间里很吵,很难入睡。早上 6 点,我们都被火警吵醒了。有几个人从房间里探出头来,但在我看来,这绝对不像是一家满员的酒店!最后,房间里没有吹风机,当我问的时候,他们说你需要打电话要一个,因为他们不允许在房间里放吹风机,以免有健康和安全风险!这是一家四星级公寓式酒店,配有水壶等,供成人使用。所有地方通常都提供吹风机,所以再次感觉很懒惰,不以客户为中心!最糟糕的是没有内部电话,所以你必须用自己的电话拨号 🙄 感觉很傻。我不推荐。淋浴门也坏了,一直从滑轨上掉下来。
房间温度超过 30 度(室外温度为 19 度!),没有办法降温,除非打开窗户,窗户朝向一条极其嘈杂和醉酒的大街,或者打开一台嘈杂的风扇。晚上睡得不好。从其他评论来看,这是一个常见且持续存在的问题。
