Our housekeeper advised us the kettle lid was damaged; it was not able to attach the kettle after your check-out. We’ve charged it as according to the hotel damage policy. 是一对华人夫妇开的,房间非常干净,并且洗漱用品齐全在澳洲真的很少见,超级棒!安保设施齐全,门口电梯都是需要刷卡才能进。
酒店位置靠近女王市场,市区边,价格较匹配,就是服务员态度差异太大,入住当天接待的还好,后来我们早出晚归,很难碰到她们,她们下班很早,我们离开后发现信用卡被多扣掉55刀,就电话问询,接待说我们用坏水壶,其实我们入住时发现了,但不影响使用,我们一般每天使用一次消毒用,但这个接待广东腔不给我们解释的机会,直接侮辱我们说谎,特此给予差评,另酒店并没有宣传照片的好
这家酒店很新,一尘不染,位于一个安静的区域,但是搭乘免费电车非常方便。员工也很友好。强烈推荐!
总体感觉不太行,房间小的可怜,箱子都没地方放,拖鞋没有,牙刷没有,10点就要退房,后面说了才延到11点,床的被子是最难受的,床也特小,两晚都没睡好😩。
过年期间陪儿子访校,完全满足我们对短途旅行的期待!房间纯白床品带着阳光晒过的味道,卫浴死角都一尘不染。一对和蔼的老夫妇用心经营,每次咨询回复都像朋友般热情,强烈推荐。
蛮方便的,和朋友一起出来玩,卫生也挺干净,洗漱用品都是一次性的,老板也很热情,check in前可以提前放包在那边,不错👍
硬件都满意,唯独作为bw全球钻卡会员也只得在早10点退房有点惊诧。与台沟通被当面拒绝。
应该是华人开的,干净,安净,靠近维妈市场,交通和餐饮都方便
房间不大但设计合理 尽管行李箱很多临窗放置也没有显得过于拥挤 前台服务很好 很干净 有门禁卡居住安全 出行方便
房东人很好,地理位置绝佳,就在维多利亚女王市场旁边,还在免费电车区内。非常安静。推荐!
