It was a solo trip for a day. The checkin and checkout process was smooth...The room was big enough and very clean...The bathroom had toiletries and clean towels. There was some issue due to noise from top floor for couple of hours...

We booked the hotel online for 2 days stay from 7th April23 to 9th April 23 after reading good reviews. But after reaching the hotel we were overwhelmed it was a complete paisa wasool decision.We were given a room no 115 which was a standard room with ac.The icing on the cake was the rooftop swimming pool which can be accesses anytime between 7 am to 5 pm at the minimal cost of Rs 100 per person for swimming costume.The staff of the hotel were very much cordial and friendly especially Mr Hemant Mukherjee who haelped us to arrange the Patratu Valley and Ranchi Sight seeing Tours. Overall experience very good.Would recommend others to enjoy the hospitality of the Winsome. Mr Subhra Kanti Mukherjee Asansol

Really like the property it was a pleasant day staying at the property. Looking forward to stay again over there. In future looking forward to stay there. Breakfast was good food was also economical. Ss
