房间超级大，家庭泳池房额外还有两张上下床 很适合三孩家庭一起，家庭泳池四个滑滑梯，孩子们玩的超开心，酒店环境好 酒店餐厅不贵 味道也很赞
此酒店无论位置、环境和硬件设施都很优越。但不知是否针对华人，服务态度冷漠，大堂的一位中文女接待员，始终面无表情冷若冰霜高高在上的态度，安排的管家阴阳怪气，加了微信不仅回复慢并且所问非所答，只会推销产品，大概是因为没有参加他推荐的3000泰铢一位的晚餐和按摩？。在房间点的意面，上来的是一小盘没有任何调料和味道的白面条，给人感觉就是故意的，非常的过分！退房时那位中文接待来电告知行李员会在13:00去房间取行李，随后13:30管家再来接人，行李是按时取走了，但我在房间等到13:45管家还没有来，微信询问不回复，你没空可以说一声，或者我自己走到大堂都可以的！于是自行打电话到客服中心才来电瓶车接的人，然而到大堂门口看到管家正在眉开眼笑的帮助欧美人背着行李包送行。酒店所作所为给人直接的感受就是在针对华人！我订的是沙滩别墅，共住了四晚，隔壁换了三波客人，近五千一晚的价格，得到的是不对等的服务，我想其他预订这个房型的客人大概也就住个一两晚体验一下。安纳塔拉我住过多地多家，总之这家服务太不尽人意，甚至令人气愤！（图4是他们送来的意面）
男服务员态度还可以，女服务员90%态度很一般，感觉有点歧视中国人。6000元一晚的房费，2个人带1个5岁小朋友，小朋友还要另收船票，还要收早餐钱，很无语。
环境不错，服务一般，餐饮还行吧，整体般般，海水一般，想静静可选

六一八买的套房券三晚三千多含双早，包含普吉岛到大长岛的往返成人船票，仅包含成人，小孩要单独付200🐷，大长岛码头有车接。早餐种类丰富，kidsclub活动也比较多，还养了一头水牛给孩子们喂和洗，主要人不多，很安静适合躺在沙滩上放空，客人主要是欧美人。服务很好，早晚都会有服务人员来问有没有什么需求。沙滩上的幽灵蟹是保护动物，是不允许捉的。
我们在安纳塔拉的体验简直太棒了。房间干净宽敞，床垫舒适，床单也很新。海滩很美，早餐种类丰富又美味。服务一流，泳池也很赞。我们还很喜欢酒店的餐厅——食物非常美味。这家酒店的一切都超出了我们的预期。强烈推荐！
度假村环境优美，生态很好，所有员工的服务很贴心，耐心帮解答解决问题。度假村几个餐厅的食物味道也不错。每天不同的时间，海景也会有变化，沙滩上有很多可爱的幽灵蟹。住店期间订了酒店的长尾船出游，船长和向导都很好，带我们去的小岛很安静，景色也无敌美丽。
酒店服务还是不错的 不过办事效率极其的低 来回都在寻找行李的路上 入住酒店接送机的费用较高船票4000泰铢每人，码头到机场1200泰株 海滩全是泥沙垃圾没法下海 体验感极差 无论是吃还是玩又或者只是想找个有环境的酒店休闲度假放松都没有推荐的理由
这是我入住过最差的酒店了快3k的价格一点服务都没，入住环境也是很脏差床单脏，家具也都是灰尘和脏屑，晚上印度人派对声音响得不得了外面dj巨响，来海边度假安静一点没有，服务真的也是特别差，第二天退房因为印度人排队，不让去前台退房，在房间打了好几次退房电话，每次都说马上来，硬等了一个小时也不来，后来去前台退房也不让进，因为印度人在办理，中国人都不能进，后来让我们在门口等着退房，简直就是歧视
