酒店本身不错，有游泳池和健身房。好像有一个spa，但还是不明白什么时候开放。关于食物：很多印度传统食物，水果（西瓜，甜瓜和木瓜），蔬菜（西红柿和黄瓜）。给孩子找到不辣的食物并让他们吃是极其困难的。工作人员很有礼貌而且很贴心。看着他们整理我孩子的玩具特别可爱，谢谢。缺点是酒店周围正在施工。没有路可走，又吵又脏。电力经常开关，互联网也是如此。有洗衣服务，但精致的物品最好自己洗。实在是没地方晒。床很大，很舒服，床垫和枕头都超级好，我睡得很好。房间很干净，酒店本身也很干净。

I had a great experience at this hotel the housekeeping staff kalpna pundir courteous attentive and always ready to help her positive attitude really made our stay more pleasent

Very pleasant stay..Really nice rooms but the things that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff ..isha from front office help us a lot I mistakenly book room for may but she help us to amend the booking all of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

My overall experience with staff ,food and hospitality is good . Me and my colleague were in the same room we checked out in morning after that the reception staff called us and said the hair dryer is missing from your room when i told that i didn't used and didn't see because i had no need. Receptionist said but it was there when you checked in i said but i didn't saw after that i told if you want to you can check the bags then the male staff start checking the bag which was very pathetic way. This is how they treat the guest. Else everything was good

It was my second stay in the hotel really appreciate the effort given by the staff i would personally like to appreciate mr sachin from the housekeeping department.he took care of our every need i will recommend to choose best western plus for their stay thank you sachin Room no. 515
