My experience at Sarovar Hotel was really good. The housekeeping and Reception staff were very helpful. The various amenities were top notch, loved my stay at the hotel.
我因为个人原因去了医院，根本没去住，也没拿到退款，而且我还提供了医院的证明信作为证据，他们却不允许退款。
入住三天，需要 2 瓶。白天我们外出时，房间被别人用来洗澡，酒店工作人员用万能钥匙打开了。
淋浴没有坏，我告知了维修事宜，但他们没有按照我的要求做，而且花了很长时间才给我
我在通过 mm t 进行预订时选择了灵活入住，但酒店不允许在选定的时间段内入住。

他们住的地方很旧，很肮脏……而且有异味，没有工作人员，无论你要求什么都要等很长时间……我们入住前房间已经被别人占用了，当我们询问时，他们说他们是酒店客人，然后就离开了……我不会建议住在这里
