Our windows exceed mandatory standards and are double glazed to further mitigate noise pollution from passing vehicles. We conduct strict housekeeping procedures and all our rooms are thoroughly clean and inspected before assigning them to our guests. Our hotel upholds a zero-tolerance policy for checking-in our valued guests into unmade rooms. It is the policy of the hotel to remove and replace all linen (bedsheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels) with clean ones upon the check out of every guest. Guests will have fresh and clean linen when they check in. Hence, it might not be unsurprising that your feedback clearly contradicts the overwhelming majority of our valued guests' reviews regarding our hotel's high standards of cleanliness.Your comment regarding the hotel failing if located in China is inappropriate and unhelpful. We operate in Singapore where cleanliness and hospitality standards are internationally recognized and respected. Our hotel is indeed very well-connected to the city center, airport and attractions via Aljunied and Mountbatten MRT stations and the bus stops located near our doorsteps. Our rooms are fitted with double-glazed windows to help minimize outside noise. For very light sleepers, ear plugs can also be requested from our Front Desk. The compact configuration of our rooms and bathrooms is a direct result of Singapore's land constraints. Nevertheless, our rooms have been carefully designed to balance comfort and affordability.
