Bruce was a very friendly welcoming host. The tiny homes are compact with a comfortable folding bed with lovely linen and pillows - I especially loved the cosy fleece blanket provided. Unfortunately the folding bed is badly designed to the fit of the room as one person has to climb over the other to get into or out of the bed - but it was comfy. Parking is also a bit of a squeeze - the shake shack would be better located on the beach or in the front garden rather than blocking the entrance to the parking lot. Breakfast was fine - the fruit was delicious - service and communication with the staff was a bit hard - had to wait 30 mins for a coffee - it would be better if there was just a different simple breakfast menu offering eggs- yoghurt -toast - fruit - granola - tea coffee - Laundry service every day was over and above expectations-I feel this should really be offered once during each stay as it seems a waste of resources- …… be careful to seperate colours as there was some colour run onto my white clothes which was unfortunate.. All in all Walden is a lovely place to stay with an incredible location right on the beach in the best village on Koh lanta. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and plenty to do in the area.
