We had a truly pleasant stay at Taj Wayanad Resort & Spa. The property is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking scenic views that make the entire experience very special. What made our stay even more memorable was the warmth and hospitality of the staff who made us feel completely at home. A special mention to Arjun and Ashwat from housekeeping, the lady at the reception, and the gentleman at the pool, all of them went out of their way to ensure our comfort and made genuine efforts to make our stay perfect. The attention to detail, the peaceful surroundings, and the exceptional service truly reflect the Taj hospitality. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We recently stayed at the Taj Wayanad Resort & Spa, Kerala, with our family, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location—this resort feels like a serene slice of heaven, perched with perfect 270-degree views of the pristine Banasura Lake and the lush green hills surrounding it. Waking up to that scenery every morning was pure magic and made our family time truly special. As always, Taj delivers on its legendary hospitality. The entire experience was warm, attentive, and flawless—everything from the welcoming staff to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay made us feel truly pampered. The rooms/villas were comfortable and beautifully designed, blending luxury with the natural earthy vibe of Wayanad. A special shoutout to Sebin Xavier, who was absolutely outstanding with his service! He went above and beyond to make our meals and interactions memorable—his genuine warmth, efficiency, and personal care really stood out and added so much to our enjoyment. Staff like him are what make Taj experiences unforgettable. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious family escape surrounded by nature, this place is perfect. We had the best time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! Thank you to the entire team at Taj Wayanad for creating such wonderful memories for us.

We had an exceptional stay at Taj Wayanad Resort, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chef Raj and his wonderful team. We were a large family group of 12 adults and youth (and a baby), all following a Jain diet with a few additional individual requirements (vegan and gluten-free included), and Chef Raj handled everything with such care, patience, and genuine warmth. Chef Raj took the time to understand our needs and ensured every meal was thoughtfully planned and delicious. Despite our specific dietary requirements, the food was varied -each meal was planned as a different cuisine-, beautifully prepared, and felt truly special throughout our stay. His personal attention and frequent check-ins made dining one of the highlights of our trip A big thank you to Chef Raj and the entire team for making us feel so well looked after!! We’re very grateful and would happily return again :)

Our 3 nights stay was thoroughly enjoyable and the overall experience was delightful .The room on the 3rd floor was spacious with a balcony that offered a panoramic view of the vast lake, the hills , flora & fauna and the early morning misty sky coupled with a pleasant weather, providing perfect cinematic experience. The facilities at the resort for every age-group are absolutely top-notch and virtually spoils one for choice and relaxation , which ever way one chooses to avail & enjoy. The staff starting from the security , front-office , room-service, house-keeping , Ayurvedic SPA , and at the restaurants were all extremely friendly , courteous and made you feel welcome . Its a pet-friendly resort and also offers on request, limited dormitory facility with meals for accompanying drivers at a very reasonable rate. Special word of thanks and appreciation to the Front Office Manager- Mr.Hari, Ms.Amrita, and to Restaurant Manager- Srijit & Chef- Raj , the staff of Shamiana Restaurant for going the extra mile to take care of some special dietary restrictions , that we had requested for . The spread and quality at breakfast and choice of food, both at the Buffet dinners , and a la carte was exceptional. A daily ritual of lighting of the Oil lamps at the reception lobby , preceded by a High-Tea for all the guests everyday between 5.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m provided an opportunity to meet and greet new acquaintances .
