I stayed with my family. Location and parking wise, the hotel was excellent. Room & bathroom was spacious and clean. Bedrolls could have been a little more cleaner. There were no bellboys. We had to carry our luggage which I didn't mind though. Didn't order any room service so can't comment on it. Break fast had sufficient options. Overall, it was a good stay.

My recent stay at Hotel Dass Continental was an unmitigated disaster. The moment I stepped in, I knew I had made a grave mistake. The ambiance was lackluster, the decor was dated, and the overall vibe was decidedly uninviting. But, I thought, perhaps the rooms would redeem the experience. Alas, they were a letdown too. The amenities were basic, the cleanliness was subpar, and the service? Forget about it.

But what really took the cake was when I had to pay for drinking water. Yes, you read that right. In this day and age, a hotel that doesn't provide complimentary water is a hotel that's lost its way. It's not just about the cost; it's about the principle. When you're paying top dollar for a hotel, you expect certain basics to be covered. And water, quite frankly, is not a luxury.

The experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend Hotel Dass Continental to my worst enemy. The property is totally not worthy of the amount you pay. For the rates they charge, you'd expect a level of service and amenities that are woefully absent here. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and I'd advise others to steer clear. *Avoid Hotel Dass Continental at all costs*.

Thrissur Stayed at Hotel Dass Continental from 27/04/25 to 29/04/25. This is a business class hotel with 50+ rooms also in a vantage point, in the heart of the city. The front desk Mr. Gibson was very receptive and was helpful to find a staying place for my driver. The rooms are good. The WiFi was available in the rooms with just three users. The room service was good with a touch of class. The food was ok. But one unhappy moment in that hotel was “ We received a call from the reception at 10:50pm and asked us to come down to show us the address proof, though we submitted everything in the afternoon when we checked in. “ Other than this incident the staying was peaceful and satisfactory.

Real business class hotel . Location on the busy main road. Everything class. Buffet breakfast was great with lot of varieties. Service excellent. Really worth for your money.

It was mentioned dinner included .. there is no. Buffet and when I reach there they told there is cap of 500 inr .. either include buffet or don’t mention as I am an allergic if it’s buffet there will be options
