We were traveling with small children and the three requests we made (a solution to a clogged toilet, a blanket and a bit of dishwashing liquid) were not addressed timely or at all. We had car and did’t need to be by the Ark Encounter so I wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Should NOT be an extra cost to park. Absolutely ridiculous when you have no other options. Staff was extremely helpful and polite and treated you like family.

The breakfast was cold. The staff were all very polite. No pets for us. We would stay here again especially for the cleanliness. I’m a germ freak(lol)Over all had a great 3 night stay here.

Loved the Check-in, Loved the Hotel, Loved the Staff.. Loved the Breakfast Bar.. Only thing that threw me off was the 7.00 night parking fee, but later, we understood why & saved us parking fees.. Due to the Ark Encounter.. Great Hotel

1. Breakfast was good but so busy we had to wait for food to be cooked.
2.The jets on the hot tub are too low to be effective after a long day at the Ark which was fabulous.
3. Location was awesome for anyone going to the Ark Encounter.

很棒的酒店！房间干净，早餐好吃。我们一家人在这里住了三天，非常开心。
电视坏了，早餐的食物都吃完了也没补上。而且食物也不是很好吃。
非常适合去看方舟体验馆的家庭入住。房间超大，设施一应俱全！
