Facts: pool dirty and not maintained. Promised be done 2 days after arrival but continued in till day 4 after which not sure it was swimmable as the water still looked unclean. Unpleasant hosts and the owner the old man was rude. Rooms tired and old like the owner. Mattress cheap and thin. Bathroom unpleasant with mould. Ac noisy. All rooms are noisy with road traffic. Good side location but other hotels are more cleaner and nearer as we ventured out to make our move out. Hope that helps to make your mind up.

Great hotel -Funda Otel
The hotel was very clean, and breakfast was very good.
The owner is very friendly and very helpful. She booked the transfer from Gocek to Marmaris and negotiated the price on my behalf as the driver did not speak English
I would recommend this lovely hotel to those who wants to spend some days in Gocek

Very Dated Photos and Description!
Funda Otel is no longer as described and nothing like in photos!
NO daily room service - we stayed 3 nights and didn't even get our toilet paper bin emptied! Had to ask for a clean towel.
NO mini bar, not even water.
NO pool umbrellas or pool bar.
Worst of all bathroom was dirty, mould in shower and toilet hadn't been cleaned!
Bed and linen ok but all sufaces and floor needed cleaning.
Breakfast was ok and some staff were friendly. Family are all living there and using common spaces.
早餐的香烟卷（sigara böreği）非常好吃。酒店离市中心很近。我们住的房间总体来说很干净。感谢一切！
太糟糕了，一开始我们以为酒店关门了，酒店里只有我们两个人，就像电影里一样，本来计划住两晚，但我们只住了一晚。
水很冷，水龙头有水垢而且很脏
外面的浴缸又绿又脏，与图片不一样。
早餐远低于标准

Would NOT stay there again!
