Arrived, expected to be provided room access, called number provided. They did not answer but messaged me to say all room bookings had been cancelled. They offered no reason and they had not notified me of cancellation. I advised I'd travelled a long way to London and their only suggestion was a Travelodge by the nearby Tube station. Unprofessional and highly risky, particularly for solo travellers who may be vulnerable to exploitation in those situations!

The room was tidy and cleaned daily but I had to chase for the code to get in and was never given the code for the kitchen even after requested. The info on booking stated breakfast and a welcome drink would be provided which it was not.

Loved the property, the superb location and kind and generous hostess! Very generous with continental breakfast with lots of choices to include fruit and chocolate bonus! Impressive!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON, the whole experience was horrendous -- no hot water or heating and some stranger decided to make it's way into the apartment without us knowing while my whole family was there!!! When I first made the reservation I expected to have the whole 3 bedroom apartment to ourselves since that is what the listing said, but when we got there I noticed that the owner had only sent us the code for 2 of the bedrooms (yes, every single bedroom has a keypad outside so you can go inside and use them). After calling the owner several times, he finally decided to text me and told me that since we were only 4 persons that we could only access 2 bedrooms out of the 3 which was not what we had agreed on. Furthermore, he decided to rent out the other bedroom to some stranger without telling us!! I was trying to fix the issue with the lack of heating in the apartment when suddenly I turn around and a stranger is standing behind me trying to open the bedroom that "we were not allowed to use". This is not a hotel in which you have several rooms for several people and each one of them has its own bathroom, this is an apartment in which the single bathroom and kitchen are shared so now we are supposed to share not only the apartment with some stranger but also the bathroom & kitchen? Both the stranger and I tried calling the owner but he never picked up. Fortunately ******* was able to relocate me and my family to another property but this was truly a horrible experience.

房子还好。房东非常不热心。我把外套落在房间里了，回家时发现离家还有5个多小时。我发信息要求他们把外套或者至少把钥匙寄过来，我愿意承担所有费用。结果他们把外套搬到了厨房，之后我再联系他们也无济于事。他们甚至屏蔽了我的电话号码，导致我找不到外套和钥匙。

我们原本没想过要和其他人共享这间公寓，因为公寓详情里确实写着“您只能和您同伴的其他人共享这间公寓”。幸好其他客人都很尊重彼此的空间。
欧陆式早餐的选择很有趣，但不清楚哪些是我们的，哪些是别人的。
总的来说，这是一个地理位置优越的住宿体验。
