We were running late to tried to call ahead to arrange a late check in. Unfortunately the AI receptionist "Charlie" was almost impossible to get past unless you ask directly for the front desk. Called at least 10 times before got an answer from a really decent chap called Matt. Obviously overworked and understaffed, he was the highlight of the stay, and sorted us out when we arrived.
Parking is good, food is fine but the hotel is suffering from under investment.
Room was spacious but not pleasant at all. Stains on the carpet and mould, hair and dust in the bathroom. In some areas of the room there was a strong smell of stale urine. We may just have been unlucky, but it was late and I didn't want to bother poor Matt again to change rooms. The room needed a thorough deep clean from top to bottom.
Super location though, and two thumbs up for Matt!

Great value
Only downside- Blackburn Rovers were at home (stadium across the road), torrential rain and the car park was fenced off so had to run about trying to find someone (sitting inside in the dry) to let us in. Rooms are large, very clean and the reception staff were great. Have stayed here 3 times now and would stay again

The Fenhurst is a good place to stay, value for money. Large comfortable rooms. Pub with food next door which hotel provides menu for.

Unsafe no Nightshift security thru the early hours. .
Drunks loud and noisy
Young couple big fight in room crashing and thumping til 4am . Refund required and requested.

horrendous, full of mould, bathroom not clean. when fire alarm went off no one answered the phone and pub next door where advised to report it to, no one was there doors was locked. when someone came they just silenced it and said it was ok with no checks followed out.
had to clean the room before i could sleep
staff i saw was ok but left at 9pm and no one there before check out to talk to about the issue

The manager on duty was amazing, he was a very busy guy doing check ins and working the bar amongst other things. Give that man a pay rise😀
还算不错的住宿选择。
价格便宜，但住一晚还可以。
食物很棒，但总体来说有点破旧和嘈杂。
宽敞的房间可以接待家人。
小细节（咖啡、茶等）并非无关紧要。
质量/价格比没什么好说的。
只要稍微翻新一下浴室和床边的一两个电源插座就完美了！！！！
我下次住宿时会回到那里...
