We were located on the top floor in the corner looking over the pool and beach with a balcony!! Room was clean and quiet. Everything was perfect from the location to the amenities to the staff! Breakfast was just okay but it was complimentary and we slept in anyway.

The staff was so helpful and provided great customer service. The kids loved the lazy river. The direct access to the beach was excellent.

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast area is large and outdoor space is awesome. It would be nice if cleaning staff did not drag chairs across the floor for 30 minutes while cleaning the common areas. It’s very loud and not relaxing. Beach is not walkable, but that’s not the hotel‘s fault. Overall this place was great, convenient and very walkable to everything.

这是一家豪华酒店。
我们的房间没有海景。我觉得如果不是直接通过酒店预订，就肯定看不到海景。房间很小，没有沙发。浴室很不错，但是淋浴门把手非常松动，而且其中一个卫生纸架不见了。这家酒店的大堂在二楼，感觉很奇怪。早餐很一般。汉普顿酒店比这家好得多。泳池不错。
就在海滩边，地理位置绝佳。酒店很新很干净。我唯一注意到的是到处都是“暂停服务”的标志，而且我房间阳台的锁完全坏了，打不开。对于一家全新的酒店来说，这些小问题足以说明问题了。
入住体验非常棒！前台接待员真是贵公司的宝贵人才！她非常热情友好、乐于助人，而且知识渊博！
适合家庭入住且非常漂亮的度假村
位于彭萨科拉最美丽的地区，可以欣赏到海滩和海洋的壮丽景色。度假村的工作人员都很友好，免费早餐虽然简单但仍然很实用。外面还是有点冷，但泳池区有两个温水池，真是太好了。
没有客房清洁服务。经理态度不好。
