Spring Nature Stay is a little off the Main Murud-Kashid Road in Village Mandala and is a Fairly Decent Sized Property, quite well designed and Constructed too. However, the last part of the Road leading to this Property (about 500 meters or so) is not paved and is very rough, which is very bad for your Vehicle’s Suspension and Tyres. They claim that they will be Paving this road soon and once this is done, it will be a smooth drive. You need a Vehicle to go to this place, as it is in quite a Remote Location and Transport is not easily available here. The Owner has a Huge Land Parcel (about 20 Acres or so) which includes this Nature Stay and he is developing & Selling Individual Bungalows all over the Property now. It is a Typical Nature Stay which has only 1 Building with 3 Rooms on the Ground Floor and 3 Rooms above on the 1st Floor. All these 6 Rooms are of the same size, but the 1st Floor Rooms afford a Better View and hence are preferred. They also have 3 Cottage Rooms, but they are quite a distance away from this Nature Stay in an Isolated Area with a Different Entrance and nothing else there, so these are Not Recommended. The Rooms are fairly Large, have a Split AC, an en suite Bathroom and a nice Attached Balcony as well, which is Very Good. The Furnishings are however Very Basic. There is a Double Bed with a Coir Foam Mattress and 2 Flat Pillows, Two Side Tables with Drawers, a Full Foam Sofa cum Bed, a Center Table, a Study Table, a Wardrobe with Mirror and a Plastic Table with 2 Plastic Chairs in the Balcony. There is no Electric Kettle, No Mini Fridge and No TV in any of the Rooms. There is an Intercom Phone which is not working and is of no use, so if you need anything you have to call one of the Staff on their Mobile Phone. Free Bottled Water is not provided, there is no concept of any Housekeeping, the Rooms are not cleaned and Linen is not changed until you ask them to do so, the Bedsheets, Pillow Covers and Flannel Blankets are not always clean, the Fabric of the Sofa cum Bed is Stained and Dirty, the Towels provided are New and Unwashed, so they do not Absorb Water properly and leave Tufts of Lint all over your body when you use them, the Bathrooms are also not properly Cleaned until you get them to do so and supervise the cleaning yourself. There is only 1 Wi-Fi Router fixed in the Balcony of one of the Ground Floor Rooms, so in the 1st Floor Rooms you can access the Wi-Fi only in 1 Corner of the Balcony and nowhere else. There is a Reception which is Unmanned, so there is no Check-in or Check-out Procedure, no ID is asked for, nor is any Guest Register maintained. The Manager is hardly present at the Property, as he is busy supervising the Construction and Sale of the Bungalows being built elsewhere in the area, so it is left to 3 Junior Staff to handle everything including Upkeep, Housekeeping, Room Service, etc., and hence the Service Suffers. Location was ok but no hospitality was there, No commitment to attend Guest. very poor cleaning part. one towel for three persons. even one blanket for three persons too. we reached late evening hence we have no choice of another hotel. Seriously pathetic.

It was a nice place situated in hills and with excellent views. Calm surrounding outside with forest covering whole area. The guy vishnu is very helpful, nice room service. Overall very good stay.

this is peaceful hotel. all staff is. very helpful food taste is. very tasty hotel rooms are in good condition and clean also swamming pool and all hotel passage is a very good and attractive room balcony view are its best. mind relaxing and peaceful hotel thank you.🫶🏻
