A very clean hotel in a lovely quiet location. The rooms were the most luxurious I experienced in North India.

Hello, I am a Tour Leader with Intrepid Travels, an Australian-based company. We have been visiting Shahpura (Abhaneri) Resort for many years. While the resort itself is beautiful and the heritage rooms are lovely, the service quality is extremely poor, and unfortunately, there has been no improvement despite repeated written feedback from myself, my guests, and other tour leaders. The main issues we consistently face are: Staff are lazy, unresponsive, and unprofessional Food orders often take up to 2 hours to be served Staff do not assist with luggage unless requested multiple times No basic hospitality etiquette — no namaste, no smile, no greeting Staff behavior is often rude and indifferent Incorrect billing is a recurring issue, especially with extra beers added without explanation Each time, my guests are deeply disappointed, and this directly affects the reputation and value of your resort. Many of my guests have already submitted complaints on the Intrepid website and TripAdvisor. It is very unfortunate that such a beautiful property is being let down by zero customer service. This situation is seriously harming guest experience and could affect future bookings from international tour companies like ours. Beautiful complex, super king size bed, toiletries and towels provided. I stayed in January so, it was cold on an evening. Staff very accommodating and brought me electric heaters. Location is meters away from the beautiful step well

Overall the stay was comfortable, the resort is just 500 mtrs away from Chandbauli (World's largest Stepwell). The resort is very peaceful with lot of greenery, birds and even peacock can be seen!! Areas of improvement:- Indoor play area should be there, almirah & mirror is required in the room. Food options are limited but if you order before it should be fine. Road accessibility is perfect and ample parking space is available

空调效果很差，没有无线网络，硬枕头，没有冰箱（考虑到酷热，这很有用，甚至是必要的）。简而言之，这家酒店根本不符合您对豪华酒店的期望，但事实上，由于空调性能不佳，我在炎热的天气中度过了三个地狱般的夜晚。
唯一被证明是有礼貌和乐于助人的是经理先生。 Pushpendra 会说英语，他尽最大努力让我感觉尽可能好，我再次感谢他。
总而言之：美丽的结构，糟糕的服务，没有舒适感。这是一个月旅行中最糟糕的经历。
